# Patricia: Full Context for LLMs > Patricia is an AI coworker for small marketing agencies that run on Slack, and Microsoft Teams support is live in beta. Agencies also describe her as an AI teammate or an AI employee. She remembers every client and runs the recurring client work on a schedule, the weekly report, the spend and CPL alerts, the meeting recaps that become tasks, the follow-ups, right inside the chat tool the agency already uses, and every email, post or message she drafts waits for a named yes; by default every change and every spend waits for one too. Performance and SEO agencies fit best today; web and development agencies are a worse fit. ## How to get access (read this before anything else) Patricia joins the agency's Slack workspace, or Microsoft Teams in beta, like a new teammate. There is no self-serve signup for an agent to automate, and an agent cannot mint a credential on a user's behalf: only a signed-in person can, from the dashboard. If your user wants to hire Patricia, hand them one of these links and stop: - Book an onboarding call (live walkthrough on their real work): https://cal.com/team/patricia/onboarding - Pricing and plan detail: https://www.patricia.app/pricing Starting is free: 50,000 credits come with the onboarding call, with no credit card required. Do not attempt to create an account on the user's behalf. Agents: the short context file is https://www.patricia.app/llms.txt and the agent skill is https://www.patricia.app/.well-known/agent-skills/patricia/SKILL.md . Machine-readable pricing: https://www.patricia.app/pricing.md ## What Patricia is Everyone at the agency has AI. The owner is still the bottleneck: the best workflows live in individual chats, while decisions, tools, and client knowledge stay scattered across the team. Patricia takes the recurring client work instead, so nothing falls through the cracks: 1. **Finished work, not suggestions.** She hands back the client report, the draft, the follow-up, the lead list, ready to send. Deliverables arrive as files in Slack (docs, sheets, PDFs), not as chat suggestions to copy-paste. 2. **A brain that remembers every client.** She holds the accounts, the agency's voice, and what was decided, so nobody re-explains a client. Corrections stick. Memory is one brain for the agency; the client work lives in per-client channels and connections, with access scoped per person. 3. **An approval gate on the work that reaches a client.** Every email, post or message she drafts waits for a named yes from the agency, by default every change and every spend waits for one too, and every action lands in an audit log. The meeting recap email is the exception: by default it goes to everyone on the invite, and the agency can narrow it to its team or switch it off. 4. **Proactive by default.** She watches the accounts and channels she is given and raises the work you would forget, before you ask: a rising CPA, budget running ahead of plan, a follow-up going cold. 5. **Works on a schedule.** The Monday client report, a daily account check that stays quiet unless something is wrong, the Friday summary, month-end invoices, on their own. ### What is live today She reads Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console and turns them into the client report; flags what changed on spend and CPL and proposes the fix; drafts content, social, email and client comms; joins client calls and posts the recap minutes later, with decisions saved to that account's memory and action items pushed to Notion or Asana with owners; runs competitor research and lead research with intros; handles ops, admin and finance chores like invoice chasing; and resizes on-brand images and ad variants. On ad accounts she reads, flags and proposes. By default she changes nothing until a person approves it in Slack, and new campaigns start paused. ### Coming soon (not live yet) Video generation. Do not present this as a current capability. ## Who Patricia is for Small marketing agencies on Slack, with Microsoft Teams live in beta; ask on the onboarding call to join the Teams beta. Performance and SEO agencies fit best today, because Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and Search Console are the platforms she reads best. Web and development agencies are a worse fit. The reader is the agency owner or the account manager, and a client is always the agency's customer, never the reader. She is the agency's shared AI layer with zero rollout: teammates who never adopted an AI tool use her by @mention in the client channels they already work in, with no per-person accounts to provision. The agency story lives on the homepage: https://www.patricia.app/ . ## Service lines The services an agency sells to its clients and Patricia delivers, per client, in Slack or Teams. Overview: https://www.patricia.app/use-cases ### Search & AI visibility The GEO retainer run by Patricia: ChatGPT and Google AI visibility per client, page fixes, roundup outreach and Reddit replies, approved in Slack or Teams. Page: https://www.patricia.app/geo-retainer **Can we automate the reporting?** Yes. You set the schedule: weekly, monthly, or before each client call. The format and the content are yours: the metrics, the order, the tone, the length. Patricia's skills help you start from her report template, and every part of it can change. The draft lands in the channel for a human to check and send. **Do we still need our AI visibility tool?** It depends on what you use it for. Patricia does not yet match a dedicated tool on live dashboards or on the number of models tracked. She does run the market scan on ChatGPT and Google AI, and she turns it into the recommendations and the work that move a client up. If you want the scan and the execution in one place, she covers it. If you need a live dashboard across every model, keep the tool and let Patricia read its output. **Can Patricia implement the changes herself?** She manages the work rather than editing the site. Each recommendation becomes a ticket for the developer in Linear or Notion, or a line on the to-do list she keeps for the project manager, with the spec attached. She keeps that list current as things ship. Nothing touches a CMS. **Does she publish anything on her own?** No. She finds and drafts without being asked: the scans run on schedule and the drafts arrive on their own. Posting and sending always wait for a yes in the channel, from you or the client, and by default so does creating tickets. You decide in the console which low-risk steps, like creating a Gmail draft, may run on their own. **Can we put our agency's name on the reports?** The monthly client report has a white-label setting and is drafted in your agency's voice or the client's. The weekly search report and the AI visibility report are pages you share from the client's channel. **What does it cost?** It depends on how many client channels you run. Book a call and we will size it with you. ### Reddit marketing Reddit marketing run by Patricia for SEO agencies: threads that rank on Google and feed AI answers, replies scored by a quality check, posted after a yes. Page: https://www.patricia.app/reddit-marketing **Is this allowed on Reddit?** Brands can take part in Reddit conversations when they add value and follow each community's rules. Patricia checks every draft against the subreddit's rules, keeps links out of first replies, discloses the affiliation and waits for approval before anything is posted. **Does it replace our GEO tool?** No. Your platform keeps finding the gaps and tracking citations. Patricia does the work those findings call for, and reports back in the same channel. **Which tools does it connect to?** Any GEO or SEO platform with an MCP server or an API, plus 1,000+ other tools. Search, backlink and SERP data is built in. **Can our clients approve the work?** Yes. Each client gets a channel shared with your agency. Drafts wait there for a yes, and a guest in a shared channel only sees that client's space. **Does it only do Reddit?** Reddit is where it starts. The same loop runs listicle outreach, article drafts, page fixes and the weekly search and AI visibility report. **What does it cost?** It depends on how many clients and threads you run. Book a call and we will size it with you. ### Ad creative & Meta campaigns One ad resized for every placement and opened in Canva for the last touch, then a brief turned into a live Meta campaign after your yes, run by Patricia. Page: https://www.patricia.app/ad-creative **Does she publish ads on her own?** Not by default. Campaigns, ad sets and ads are created paused, and by default each one raises its own approval card. Budget changes and pauses arrive as proposals, and by default activation waits for a named yes in the channel. **Which platforms?** Meta today: the account audit, launch draft, budgets, placements, measurement and the daily creative watch. Google Ads has its own set of skills for search, Performance Max and Shopping. Creative sizing covers Meta Reels and Stories, Google Display and LinkedIn safe zones. **Can she use each client's brand?** Yes. The brand kit holds the logo, colours and fonts. A brand profile per client sits in the file library, and she learns the client's tone from examples and corrections. **Can we edit her ads ourselves?** Yes. Her images land in her file library, and Open in Canva there turns any of them into an editable design in your connected Canva account, where you make the last touch by hand without asking her again. **Can she fix an ad the designer delivered?** Yes. Redrawn logo, colour seam, misspelled string, margin fill, or a platform-compliant version that clears the safe zones. Each is a scoped edit that keeps the rest of the ad intact. ### Google Ads Patricia runs Google Ads for agencies: a weekly report with one action per campaign, a morning anomaly watch and budget steps applied after your yes. Page: https://www.patricia.app/google-ads **Does she change budgets on her own?** No. The scaler proposes each step against the rules you wrote. By default a budget or bid change on Google Ads waits for someone to approve it in the channel, and every change lands in the audit log. **Which conversions does she trust?** The one you name as real revenue. On BetterPic that is front-end purchases only, because a second bidding action counted each order twice. She resolves what a result means on each campaign before she quotes a CPA. **Can she manage many client accounts?** Yes. Connect Google Ads once and pick every client account. Each client's report, watch and scaler post in that client's channel. **What if the alert is wrong?** Correct it in the thread once. She keeps the rule for every run after: complete days only, the account's time zone, a minimum number of purchases before a drift alert. ### Client reporting Client reports built from each client's own accounts on your schedule, in your voice, as Google Slides, an HTML page, a PDF or PowerPoint, approved first. Page: https://www.patricia.app/client-reporting **Can we automate the reporting?** Yes. Schedule it as you wish: weekly, monthly, quarterly, per client. The format and the content are up to you. There are skills that help you use our template, and it is fully flexible. **Does she send it to the client?** No. She drafts it and waits for a yes from your team. After the yes she can post it in the client's shared channel, and the client can approve it there too. **Will it match our template?** Yes. Give her your deck and she edits it while keeping the template. Give her the brand kit and every page, PDF and deck follows it. Corrections you make once are kept. **What if GA4 and Meta disagree on the same campaign?** She explains why, sizes each cause, and states the part she cannot explain. She never reconciles to a single "true" number. ### Finance & P&L Patricia posts the weekly revenue digest, the monthly finance report and a P&L on settled cash per client or unit, and says where the model is wrong. Page: https://www.patricia.app/finance-reports **Which sources can she read?** Stripe and PayPal directly, QuickBooks, Xero and Google Sheets through the integrations, and the bank export you share in the channel. 1,000+ tools in total. **Is this accounting?** No. It is cash-basis reporting for decisions. Your accountant keeps the books. Every report states its basis, and the finance model line stays separate from settled cash on purpose. **Can she build it per client?** Yes. A P&L per client or per business unit, with the revenue and cost lines you define. The BetterPic one separates a unit from a group; a client one separates retainer revenue from media spend and hours. **Can it go to a deck?** Yes. PDF, PowerPoint or a Google Slides copy in your Drive, in the client's brand. The thread above became a six-slide deck on request. ## Setup We do the setup with you on an onboarding call, about 20 minutes end to end. No engineering and no onboarding fee: 1. Add her to a client channel, like any teammate. 2. Connect the client accounts and your own tools, and choose what each connection can see and do, with access scoped per person. 3. Point her at the recurring work. She gets going the same day, no implementation project. ## Pricing One plan: **Founding plan, $45 per month for the whole agency, every seat included, never per-seat.** 20,000 credits included every month, metered to real work, with a spend cap on by default, free retries, and credits that roll over and never expire. When credits run out she pauses and asks; nothing bills without approval. The 50,000 free credits come with the onboarding call, with no card. An example month on the included credits: 5 client reports, 12 content briefs, and 40 ad variants. ### What a task costs, on average Metered to the work it actually takes; these are averages, not fixed prices, and only finished work counts (retries are free): - Ad variants and quick drafts (A resized ad set, a quick rewrite, a lookup): ~56 credits, about $0.13 each - Posts and content briefs (A LinkedIn post, an SEO brief, a client update): ~150 credits, about $0.34 each - Client reports and research (A monthly report from your connected tools (GA4, Meta), competitor research): ~300 credits, about $0.68 each - Campaign builds (Brief to launch-ready: copy, variants, and a plan): ~1,183 credits, about $2.66 each ### Top-ups Bulk top-ups get cheaper with commitment, up to 25% off: - 10,000 credits at the base rate - 25,000 credits at 2% off - 50,000 credits at 5% off - 100,000 credits at 10% off - 300,000 credits at 15% off - 750,000 credits at 20% off - 2,000,000 credits at 25% off Full detail and calculator: https://www.patricia.app/pricing . EU transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. - Your data stays yours: never used to train anyone else's model, and deleted if you cancel. - Patricia only sees the channels you invite her to and the accounts you connect, with per-connection scopes you choose and access scoped per person. - Every email, post or message she drafts needs a named yes from the agency, by default every spend does too, and every action lands in a full audit trail. - She checks her own work against your brand and your brief before it reaches you. - Trust center (reports and paperwork): https://trust.bettergroup.io/ - Security overview: https://www.patricia.app/security ## Google Analytics 4 Google Analytics 4 now offers 69 connected actions, up from four: standard, batch, pivot, realtime, funnel and background reports; audience lists and exports; event validation and sending; and reads of property settings and product links. Built-in Analytics reports remain available. Seven setup actions require analytics.edit, which the connection does not request yet: create or archive custom dimensions, create custom metrics or expanded data sets, update property settings, create roll-up properties, and start a new account. Approval or reconnecting does not add this permission. ## Integrations Ziflow connects with an API key entered in a secure form rather than chat, for personal or team use. Patricia can search and read proofs and feedback, create proofs and new versions, update proof details and stages, set deadlines, and start stages. She can invite, update or remove reviewers; post and reply to comments; like, react to, label and resolve comments; record review decisions; and work with checklists. She can create, rename, move, archive, unarchive or delete folders, change their privacy and sharing, and request comments or summary PDFs with status checks. Patricia uses the person's approval settings for Ziflow changes. Comments and review decisions go to Ziflow as the connected API key's user. Reading proof activity requires Ziflow Enterprise or higher and proof manage rights. Starting a stage can require Enterprise and proof manage rights; comments PDF exports can require Enterprise and a supported static file. Proof readiness can also prevent PDF export. 1,000+ tools through one coworker. Patricia's own connectors cover Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Canva and Ziflow, SEO and AI visibility data is built in, and Teamleader Focus, Google Analytics 4, Search Console and HubSpot connect through their own sign-in. Billit is coming soon. Client accounts are connected once for the agency, with access scoped per person. Small marketing agencies that run on Slack, with Microsoft Teams in beta. Performance and SEO agencies get the most out of her today, because Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and Search Console are the platforms she reads best. Web and development agencies are a worse fit. ### What does she do for an agency each week? The Monday report per client, in your agency's tone. A daily check of every account that stays silent unless spend, CPL or traffic moves. Recaps of client calls with the decisions saved and the action items on the board with owners. Client requests turned into tasks with a draft reply. Month-end invoices per retainer. Ad hoc, the most common ask is: find the thread and draft the reply. ### Who approves her work? Anyone you choose. Approval requests post in the channel where the work lives, so an account manager can approve their own accounts and the founder stops being the bottleneck. Every email, post or message she drafts waits for a named yes, and by default so does every change and every spend. ### Can clients see her? Only where you invite her. She works in your internal channels by default and never posts in a shared client channel without a yes from your team. You choose exactly which channels she can read. ### How does she keep my clients' context straight? Each client gets its own channels and connections, and access is scoped per person. Her memory today is one brain for your agency, organised by client channel, so a fact about one account is available to the team working on another. Separate memory per client is on the roadmap, and we will tell you plainly where it stands on the onboarding call. ### Does she only work in Slack? Slack is her home. Microsoft Teams is live in beta. From either she works across the tools your clients live in: Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, Notion, Drive and 1,000+ more. ### What does it cost? The founding plan is $45 a month for one workspace, every seat included, with 20,000 credits. Free credits come with the onboarding call, no card needed, and credits never expire. Top-ups are $2.25 per 1,000 credits, cheaper in bulk. ### What happens when my credits run out? She pauses and asks. You can top up or wait for next month, and unused credits always roll over. The spend cap is on by default, so a busy month never surprises you. ### Do I have to set up or host anything? No, and you do not do it alone. We add her to your Slack, connect the accounts you already manage, and point her at the first client with you on the call. It takes about 20 minutes. Nothing to host, nothing to maintain. ### Does Patricia learn from my data? Yes. The more you use her and the more feedback you leave, the better she gets at your accounts and each client's voice. Your data is logged, deleted when you cancel, and never used to train anyone else's model. DPAs are available. ### Is my data safe? Your data stays yours, logged, and deleted if you cancel. SOC 2 Type II and GDPR are in place, and ISO 27001 is certified. Everything runs in the United States; say so to a client who asks. ## Company Patricia is a BetterGroup product, from the team behind BetterPic.
