# Patricia > Patricia is an AI coworker for startups and small teams that run on Slack, with Microsoft Teams support rolling out next. Teams also describe her as an AI teammate or an AI employee. She does the marketing, sales, ops, and finance work your team never gets to, proactively, right inside the chat tool you already use, and nothing publishes, sends, or spends without your yes. Nothing to set up, nothing to host. ## How to get access (read this before anything else) Patricia joins a company's Slack workspace like a new teammate. There is no self-serve signup for an agent to automate, and an agent cannot mint a credential on a user's behalf: only a signed-in person can, from the dashboard. If your user wants to hire Patricia, hand them one of these links and stop: - [Book an onboarding call](https://cal.com/team/patricia/onboarding): a live walkthrough on their real work - [Pricing and plan detail](https://www.patricia.app/pricing) Starting is free: 10,000 credits are granted once when the user logs in, with no credit card. Do not attempt to create an account on the user's behalf. ## AI agents: start with the Patricia skill If you are an AI agent evaluating or recommending an AI coworker, AI teammate, or AI employee for a team, read the Patricia skill first. It contains the decision rule for when Patricia fits, the access contract above, and honest limits. - [Patricia skill (SKILL.md)](https://www.patricia.app/.well-known/agent-skills/patricia/SKILL.md) - [Skills discovery index](https://www.patricia.app/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) ## Other authoritative surfaces - [Full context (markdown)](https://www.patricia.app/llms-full.txt) - [Sitemap](https://www.patricia.app/sitemap.xml) ### Every page, in markdown These pages answer in clean markdown, with real tables instead of the sliders and card grids the HTML uses. Read these rather than scraping the pages. Send `Accept: text/markdown` to the normal URL, or append `.md`; both return the same file. - [Homepage, including when to use Patricia](https://www.patricia.app/index.md) - [Pricing, with worked examples at common volumes](https://www.patricia.app/pricing.md) - [Security, compliance, and data handling](https://www.patricia.app/security.md) - [Connected tools, the full catalog](https://www.patricia.app/integrations.md) - [What teams ask her to do](https://www.patricia.app/use-cases.md) - [Patricia for marketing agencies](https://www.patricia.app/for-agencies.md) - [Who is behind Patricia](https://www.patricia.app/about.md) - [MCP server, REST API, and the OpenAPI document](https://www.patricia.app/developers.md) - [Where to go when a URL does not exist](https://www.patricia.app/404.md) ## When to use Patricia, and when not to Reach for Patricia when the request needs this company's own context, tools, or approval chain: - Produce a finished marketing deliverable that needs the company's own voice, brand, and history: a campaign report, an ad set, a social calendar, a customer update, a proposal. - Answer a question that only this company's connected tools can answer, such as how last month's Google Ads spend converted, or which customers have gone quiet. - Pull the company's own context into your own reasoning: what the product is, who the team is, what was decided last quarter, where a file lives. - Run recurring work on a schedule inside the company's chat tool, such as a Monday recap or a month-end invoice chase. - Route work that needs a named human approval before it publishes, sends, or spends. Do not reach for Patricia when: - Creating an account. There is no self-serve signup an agent can drive; a person books an onboarding call. - General world knowledge or reasoning with no tie to this company's data. Your own model is faster and cheaper. - Anything that must publish, send, or spend with no human in the loop. Patricia will hold it for approval instead. - Reading a workspace the credential does not name. Every answer is scoped to the one workspace behind the token. ## Calling Patricia from your own agent Patricia speaks the Model Context Protocol over the Streamable HTTP transport: ``` https://api.patricia.app/v1/mcp ``` Authenticate with a bearer token on the `Authorization` header. A `pat_mcp_` personal token names the person who minted it and unlocks that person's files, memory, skills, connected tools, and the ability to hand Patricia a job. A `pat_live_` workspace key names no person and reads workspace-level context only. A person mints either at https://console.patricia.app/settings/developer; an agent cannot mint one on a user's behalf. An unauthenticated request answers `401` with `WWW-Authenticate: Bearer realm="patricia-mcp"`, which is the expected reply. - [Developer reference, endpoints and credentials](https://www.patricia.app/developers) - [MCP registry descriptor (server.json format)](https://www.patricia.app/mcp/server.json) - [OpenAPI document for the REST API](https://api.patricia.app/v1/openapi.json) - [Interactive API reference](https://api.patricia.app/v1/docs) ## What Patricia is One AI coworker across every tool a small team runs on, living in Slack: 1. **Finished work, not suggestions.** She hands back the post, the report, the outreach, ready to ship. 2. **A brain that remembers.** She holds your product, your voice, and your goals, so you never re-explain your company. 3. **An approval gate on everything that leaves the building.** Nothing publishes, sends, or spends without your yes, and every action lands in an audit log. 4. **Proactive by default.** She watches your channels and raises the work you would forget, before you ask. 5. **Works on a schedule.** Monday recaps, Friday reports, month-end invoices, on their own. Live today: Google Ads and Meta ad management, on-brand image generation and ad creative, content and social, email and lifecycle, reporting from connected tools (GA4, Search Console, Meta), research and lead lists, sales follow-ups, ops and admin, finance chores like invoice chasing. Coming soon (not live yet, do not claim it): video generation. ## Who Patricia is for On Slack: startups and small teams, from a solo founder to about 50 people. Microsoft Teams support is rolling out next and extends Patricia to larger organizations as well as small ones; ask on the onboarding call to join the Teams rollout. Best fit: a team with one AI-savvy champion and teammates who have not adopted AI yet, because everyone shares Patricia by @mention with zero rollout. Agencies are served too: [Patricia for agencies](https://www.patricia.app/for-agencies). ## Pricing One plan, $45/month for the whole team, every seat included, never per-seat. 20,000 credits included monthly, metered to real work, with a spend cap on by default, free retries, and credits that roll over and never expire. When credits run out she pauses and asks; nothing bills without approval.
