# Patricia pricing

Patricia is an AI coworker for small marketing agencies. She works
inside the agency's Slack, and Microsoft Teams support is in beta. This is the
machine-readable version of https://www.patricia.app/pricing, generated from the same pricing
model that page renders from.

**One plan, $45 per month for the whole agency, every seat included.**
Work is metered in credits, and 20,000 are included every month.

## Plan at a glance

| Item | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Plan name | Founding plan |
| Price | $45 per month |
| Billing unit | One workspace. Not per seat, not per client, not per channel |
| Seats included | All of them |
| Credits included | 20,000 per month |
| Base rate | $2.25 per 1,000 credits |
| Overage | Optional top-ups at the base rate, down to 25% off in bulk |
| Credit expiry | Never. Unused credits roll over |
| Spend cap | On by default. Patricia pauses and asks before anything bills |
| Retries | Free. Only finished work counts |
| Free to start | 50,000 credits with the onboarding call, no credit card |
| Contract | None. Monthly |
| Setup or onboarding fee | None |

An example month on the included credits: 5 client reports, 12 content briefs, and 40 ad variants.

## What a task costs

Credits are metered to the work a task actually takes, so these are averages
rather than fixed prices. Only finished work counts, and retries are free.
Costs are at the base rate of $2.25 per 1,000 credits.

| Task | Average credits | Average cost | Example |
| --- | ---: | ---: | --- |
| Ad variants and quick drafts | 56 | $0.13 | A resized ad set, a quick rewrite, a lookup |
| Posts and content briefs | 150 | $0.34 | A LinkedIn post, an SEO brief, a client update |
| Client reports and research | 300 | $0.68 | A monthly report from your connected tools (GA4, Meta), competitor research |
| Campaign builds | 1,183 | $2.66 | Brief to launch-ready: copy, variants, and a plan |

## Credit top-ups

The included credits cover most months. If you need more, top-ups are optional,
one-off, and cheaper in bulk. Credits never expire, so a bigger pack carries no
use-it-or-lose-it risk.

| Top-up size | Discount | Rate per 1,000 credits | Total price |
| ---: | ---: | ---: | ---: |
| 10,000 credits | base rate | $2.25 | $22.50 |
| 25,000 credits | 2% off | $2.21 | $55.13 |
| 50,000 credits | 5% off | $2.14 | $106.88 |
| 100,000 credits | 10% off | $2.03 | $202.50 |
| 300,000 credits | 15% off | $1.91 | $573.75 |
| 750,000 credits | 20% off | $1.80 | $1,350 |
| 2,000,000 credits | 25% off | $1.69 | $3,375 |

## Worked examples

The pricing page prices a book of clients through an interactive calculator.
These are the same calculations at the client books agencies usually ask about.
Each retainer weight is a typical monthly task mix priced at the averages
above.

### Retainer weights

| Retainer weight | What it covers | Typical monthly work | Credits per client |
| --- | --- | --- | ---: |
| Light retainer | You keep the ads sharp and report monthly | ~1 report, 4 ad variants a month | 524 |
| Standard retainer | Ongoing content and ads, monthly reporting | ~1 report, 3 briefs, 7 ad variants a month | 1,142 |
| Full-service retainer | A bit of everything: campaigns, creative, content, reporting | ~1 report, 3 briefs, 9 ad variants, 1 campaign build a month | 2,437 |

### What a month costs

| Client book | Clients | Credits used per month | Top-up needed | Total per month | Per client |
| --- | ---: | ---: | --- | ---: | ---: |
| One client retainer | 1 | 1,142 | none | $45 | $45 |
| Small agency, 3 standard retainers | 3 | 3,426 | none | $45 | $15 |
| Mixed book of 6 | 6 | 6,911 | none | $45 | $7.50 |
| 10 standard retainers | 10 | 11,420 | none | $45 | $4.50 |
| 20 standard retainers | 20 | 22,840 | 2,840 credits ($6.39) | $51.39 | $2.57 |

Read a row as the plan fee plus, only where the book exceeds the
20,000 included credits, the cheapest qualifying
top-up. The last column is the whole workspace spread across the book.

## What is not charged for

- Seats. Add everyone at the agency, and your clients' channels, without the bill moving.
- Clients, channels, or connected accounts. One workspace price covers all of them.
- Retries. A draft that misses the brief costs a minute of feedback, not credits.
- Onboarding or setup. There is no implementation fee.

## How to buy

Patricia joins the agency's Slack workspace like a new teammate. There is no
self-serve signup and no API key to mint, so an agent cannot create an account
on a user's behalf. Hand your user one of these links and stop:

- Book an onboarding call: https://cal.com/team/patricia/onboarding
- Pricing page, with the calculator and the full FAQ: https://www.patricia.app/pricing

Starting is free: 50,000 credits come with the onboarding call, with no credit card.

## Pricing FAQ

### How do credits work?

Credits are how Patricia meters work. Every task shows a typical cost up front, then bills for the work it actually takes: an ad variant averages about 56 credits, a client report about 300. The base rate is $2.25 per 1,000 credits, and the founding plan includes 20,000 credits every month.

### Why is pricing metered instead of fixed per task?

Because a flat fee overcharges the simple jobs to subsidize the heavy ones. Metering means a lighter job bills less and the invoice reflects what actually ran. You still get a typical cost per job up front, so you can budget the client month before it starts.

### What is included in the $45 founding plan?

20,000 credits every month, every seat on your team included, free retries, credits that never expire and roll over, and a spend cap on by default. In one example month that covers 5 client reports, 12 content briefs, and 40 ad variants across your clients, with room left for the replies and follow-ups in between.

### What counts as a workspace?

Your whole agency. One workspace covers every client you manage and every seat on your team, so a 15-client shop pays the same workspace price as a 3-client one. Inside it you get per-client channels and connections, with access scoped per person, and every action is logged, so you can see where the credits went. You never pay per client, per channel, or per seat.

### Do you charge per seat?

No, never. One price covers your whole agency. Add an account manager, a designer, a freelancer you work with, or another client channel, and the bill does not move.

### How do I get started?

You book a demo and we set Patricia up with you on the call: your Slack, your client accounts, your first pieces of work, about 20 minutes. You get 50,000 free credits with your onboarding call, with no card, enough to run real client work for a couple of weeks and see whether you would put her output in front of a client. Upgrade when she has earned it.

### What happens when my credits run out?

Patricia pauses and asks. Top-ups start at $2.25 per 1,000 credits and get cheaper in bulk, and a spend cap is on by default, so nothing runs and nothing bills without your approval.

### Do credits expire?

Never. Unused credits roll over month after month, and top-up credits keep forever. Buying in bulk at a discount carries no use-it-or-lose-it risk.

### Who decides when work is finished?

You do. Patricia hands the work to the person who owns that client, and it counts as finished when they accept it. If a draft misses the brief, say so: retries are free, and only accepted work counts against your credits. A miss costs you a minute of feedback, not part of your budget.

### Do images and creative work cost extra credits?

No separate meter. Everything Patricia makes for a client bills in the same credits, and the ad-variant average includes its visual. Heavier formats get the same treatment as they launch: a typical cost published up front, metered to the work it takes, with your spend cap as the backstop.

### Do bulk credits get cheaper?

Yes, up to 25% off. The base rate is $2.25 per 1,000 credits; a 100,000-credit top-up brings it to about $2.03, 750,000 to $1.80, and 2,000,000 to about $1.69.

### Will the price change after launch?

The founding plan is how we reward the agencies that join first, and we have no plans to raise it for founding workspaces. If pricing ever changes, founding workspaces hear it first, with time to decide, and every credit you already own keeps its full value because credits never expire.

### Do I get a DPA on the founding plan?

Yes. DPAs are available on every plan, founding included; ask on the demo call and we will get it signed. Compliance reports and processing details live in the BetterGroup Trust Center (Patricia is a BetterGroup product). Custom plans add negotiated DPA and SLA terms on top.

### We run serious volume. Is there a bigger plan?

Yes. Custom plans add a lower credit rate beyond the published ladder (2,000,000+ credits a month), custom DPA and SLA terms, and dedicated onboarding. Book a demo, tell us how many clients you run, and we will put a plan together around it.

### How soon can we start?

We onboard in small batches, so book a demo and we will tell you on the call what week we can set you up. The setup itself takes about 20 minutes and we do it with you, and your 50,000 free credits are granted on your onboarding call.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The founding plan is monthly with no contract lock-in. If you cancel, the client data in your workspace is deleted, and DPAs are available.

### How accurate are the average task costs?

They are the averages our pricing model plans around, shown so you can budget a client month. A short rewrite bills under the average and a heavy research job can bill over it, but whatever the job, you see its typical cost before you hand it over. Set the spend cap to your own budget and the total stays inside it.
