# What agencies ask Patricia to do

Machine-readable version of https://www.patricia.app/use-cases. 6 service
lines an agency sells, then 20 published use cases across
6 categories, each with a page covering the walkthrough,
the setup, and the limits.

Patricia is an AI coworker for small marketing agencies. She lives
in the agency's Slack, and Microsoft Teams support is in beta. She hands back
finished work rather than suggestions. Every email, post or message she drafts
waits for a named approval first, and by default so does anything that spends.

## Service lines

The services an agency sells to its clients and Patricia delivers, per client, with approval before anything goes out.

| Service line | What she runs | Page |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Search & AI visibility | The GEO retainer: ChatGPT and Google AI visibility, page fixes, roundups, monthly report. | https://www.patricia.app/geo-retainer |
| Reddit marketing | Threads that rank on Google, and replies scored by a quality check, ready to post once approved. | https://www.patricia.app/reddit-marketing |
| Ad creative & Meta campaigns | One ad resized for every placement, finished in Canva, launched on Meta after your yes. | https://www.patricia.app/ad-creative |
| Google Ads | Weekly report with actions, a morning anomaly watch, budget steps after your yes. | https://www.patricia.app/google-ads |
| Client reporting | Weekly and monthly, as Google Slides, an HTML page, a PDF or PowerPoint. | https://www.patricia.app/client-reporting |
| Finance & P&L | Revenue digest every Monday, the monthly report, a P&L on settled cash. | https://www.patricia.app/finance-reports |

### Search & AI visibility

- **Can we automate the reporting?** Yes. You set the schedule: weekly, monthly, or before each client call. The format and the content are yours: the metrics, the order, the tone, the length. Patricia's skills help you start from her report template, and every part of it can change. The draft lands in the channel for a human to check and send.
- **Do we still need our AI visibility tool?** It depends on what you use it for. Patricia does not yet match a dedicated tool on live dashboards or on the number of models tracked. She does run the market scan on ChatGPT and Google AI, and she turns it into the recommendations and the work that move a client up. If you want the scan and the execution in one place, she covers it. If you need a live dashboard across every model, keep the tool and let Patricia read its output.
- **Can Patricia implement the changes herself?** She manages the work rather than editing the site. Each recommendation becomes a ticket for the developer in Linear or Notion, or a line on the to-do list she keeps for the project manager, with the spec attached. She keeps that list current as things ship. Nothing touches a CMS.
- **Does she publish anything on her own?** No. She finds and drafts without being asked: the scans run on schedule and the drafts arrive on their own. Posting and sending always wait for a yes in the channel, from you or the client, and by default so does creating tickets. You decide in the console which low-risk steps, like creating a Gmail draft, may run on their own.
- **Can we put our agency's name on the reports?** The monthly client report has a white-label setting and is drafted in your agency's voice or the client's. The weekly search report and the AI visibility report are pages you share from the client's channel.
- **What does it cost?** It depends on how many client channels you run. Book a call and we will size it with you.

### Reddit marketing

- **Is this allowed on Reddit?** Brands can take part in Reddit conversations when they add value and follow each community's rules. Patricia checks every draft against the subreddit's rules, keeps links out of first replies, discloses the affiliation and waits for approval before anything is posted.
- **Does it replace our GEO tool?** No. Your platform keeps finding the gaps and tracking citations. Patricia does the work those findings call for, and reports back in the same channel.
- **Which tools does it connect to?** Any GEO or SEO platform with an MCP server or an API, plus 1,000+ other tools. Search, backlink and SERP data is built in.
- **Can our clients approve the work?** Yes. Each client gets a channel shared with your agency. Drafts wait there for a yes, and a guest in a shared channel only sees that client's space.
- **Does it only do Reddit?** Reddit is where it starts. The same loop runs listicle outreach, article drafts, page fixes and the weekly search and AI visibility report.
- **What does it cost?** It depends on how many clients and threads you run. Book a call and we will size it with you.

### Ad creative & Meta campaigns

- **Does she publish ads on her own?** Not by default. Campaigns, ad sets and ads are created paused, and by default each one raises its own approval card. Budget changes and pauses arrive as proposals, and by default activation waits for a named yes in the channel.
- **Which platforms?** Meta today: the account audit, launch draft, budgets, placements, measurement and the daily creative watch. Google Ads has its own set of skills for search, Performance Max and Shopping. Creative sizing covers Meta Reels and Stories, Google Display and LinkedIn safe zones.
- **Can she use each client's brand?** Yes. The brand kit holds the logo, colours and fonts. A brand profile per client sits in the file library, and she learns the client's tone from examples and corrections.
- **Can we edit her ads ourselves?** Yes. Her images land in her file library, and Open in Canva there turns any of them into an editable design in your connected Canva account, where you make the last touch by hand without asking her again.
- **Can she fix an ad the designer delivered?** Yes. Redrawn logo, colour seam, misspelled string, margin fill, or a platform-compliant version that clears the safe zones. Each is a scoped edit that keeps the rest of the ad intact.

### Google Ads

- **Does she change budgets on her own?** No. The scaler proposes each step against the rules you wrote. By default a budget or bid change on Google Ads waits for someone to approve it in the channel, and every change lands in the audit log.
- **Which conversions does she trust?** The one you name as real revenue. On BetterPic that is front-end purchases only, because a second bidding action counted each order twice. She resolves what a result means on each campaign before she quotes a CPA.
- **Can she manage many client accounts?** Yes. Connect Google Ads once and pick every client account. Each client's report, watch and scaler post in that client's channel.
- **What if the alert is wrong?** Correct it in the thread once. She keeps the rule for every run after: complete days only, the account's time zone, a minimum number of purchases before a drift alert.

### Client reporting

- **Can we automate the reporting?** Yes. Schedule it as you wish: weekly, monthly, quarterly, per client. The format and the content are up to you. There are skills that help you use our template, and it is fully flexible.
- **Does she send it to the client?** No. She drafts it and waits for a yes from your team. After the yes she can post it in the client's shared channel, and the client can approve it there too.
- **Will it match our template?** Yes. Give her your deck and she edits it while keeping the template. Give her the brand kit and every page, PDF and deck follows it. Corrections you make once are kept.
- **What if GA4 and Meta disagree on the same campaign?** She explains why, sizes each cause, and states the part she cannot explain. She never reconciles to a single "true" number.

### Finance & P&L

- **Which sources can she read?** Stripe and PayPal directly, QuickBooks, Xero and Google Sheets through the integrations, and the bank export you share in the channel. 1,000+ tools in total.
- **Is this accounting?** No. It is cash-basis reporting for decisions. Your accountant keeps the books. Every report states its basis, and the finance model line stays separate from settled cash on purpose.
- **Can she build it per client?** Yes. A P&L per client or per business unit, with the revenue and cost lines you define. The BetterPic one separates a unit from a group; a client one separates retainer revenue from media spend and hours.
- **Can it go to a deck?** Yes. PDF, PowerPoint or a Google Slides copy in your Drive, in the client's brand. The thread above became a six-slide deck on request.

## Not published yet

On the roadmap, with no page to point at. Do not present these as live:

- Team onboarding: A new account manager welcomed and walked through week one at your agency, from Slack, with nothing forgotten.
- Team polls & pulse checks: Quick polls run in the channel and summarised, so you read your own team without a survey tool.
- Approvals & sign-offs: Client sign-offs routed to the right person and tracked, so nothing stalls in a DM thread.
- Task triage: Incoming client requests sorted, owned and prioritised on the board automatically, so the queue never piles up.
- Expense tracking: Receipts captured, categorised and reconciled, so the shoebox and the month-end panic both disappear.
- Budget vs actuals: Your client budgets watched against real spend, flagged before they slip, not after.
- Content calendar: A client's month planned across channels and the briefs written, so the calendar is never blank on Monday.
- Community replies: Comments and DMs triaged and drafted in the client's brand voice, so nothing sits unanswered.
- Lead qualification: Inbound leads scored, enriched and routed to the right person, so the good ones never go cold.
- QBRs & renewals: Quarterly reviews and retainer renewals, prepped from the client's own numbers before the conversation.
- Client feedback & NPS: Check-ins and NPS collected and summarised, so an unhappy account never surprises you at renewal.

## What she is not

- Not a chatbot. She returns the report, the draft, or the file, not a list of steps for you to run.
- Not autonomous with a client's money or a client's audience. Sending and posting always wait for a person, and by default so does spending.
- Not an ad autopilot. On ad accounts she reads, flags and proposes, and by default she changes nothing until a person approves it; new campaigns start paused.
- Not a workspace-wide crawler. She reads the channels she is invited to, and nothing else.
- Not separate memories per client. Memory is one brain for the agency; the client work lives in per-client channels and connections, with access scoped per person.

On-brand image generation and ad-variant resizing are live today. Video
generation is not live yet. Do not present video generation as a current
capability.
