- Your 90-day AI roadmap gets its first draft, on paper, before anything is installed

2. Install and connect
Patricia is live in your Slack with your tools connected.
- The brain goes into your workspace, with our team at your table while it happens
- Your tools get connected one by one, scoped to exactly what she may see and do
- The hard spend cap and the approval gate go on before anything real runs
Hour 3
3. Build together
Your first workflows run on your real work, not a demo account.
- We build your first two automations live: the reports, recaps, or follow-ups you ranked in hour 1
- Live demos on our own company between builds, so you see the end state running
- Stuck is allowed: we are in the room to unstick you on the spot
Hour 4
4. Onboard your team
You leave with a running brain, a trained second seat, and the plan.
- Your second seat learns the delegation habits: what to hand over, how approvals work
- Your 90-day roadmap gets finished against what is now actually running
- Open questions until the room is done, and your roadmap to take home
