Your company brain, installed in one afternoon.
We install Patricia together, in your Slack or Teams: tools connected, first automations running on your real work. The same install as our $9,750 five-week sprint, in four guided hours, because you bring the hands.
Why a room
You do not leave with notes. You leave with a running brain.
You have the notes
Ten webinars, three courses, a folder of prompts. Information was never the missing piece. Implementation was, and it keeps losing to client work every single week.
The help was slides
The consultants left you a deck and an invoice. Nobody stayed until the thing actually ran inside your Slack, on your clients, with your team using it.
Alone, it never ships
Every tool connection raises a question nobody at your company can answer on the spot. So the project stalls at eighty percent, forever. In the room, the answer sits at your table.
Hour by hour
Four hours, exactly as they happen.
The five-week Setup Sprint, condensed into one afternoon. What eats four weekends alone happens here in four guided hours, and every hour ends with something running.
Built for non-engineers, in Slack or Microsoft Teams: if your team can write a chat message, they can run everything we build. The technical parts happen with our team at your table.
Hour 1
Map your work
You know exactly what your company brain takes over first.
- Every company presents its routing number (found in the short pre-work we send) and its heaviest recurring work, out loud
- We rank your handoffs together: highest payoff, lowest risk, visible this month
- Your 90-day AI roadmap gets its first draft, on paper, before anything is installed
Hour 2
Install and connect
Patricia is live in your Slack with your tools connected.
- The brain goes into your workspace, with our team at your table while it happens
- Your tools get connected one by one, scoped to exactly what she may see and do
- The hard spend cap and the approval gate go on before anything real runs
Hour 3
Build together
Your first workflows run on your real work, not a demo account.
- We build your first two automations live: the reports, recaps, or follow-ups you ranked in hour 1
- Live demos on our own company between builds, so you see the end state running
- Stuck is allowed: every table has someone from our team to unstick it on the spot
Hour 4
Onboard your team
You leave with a running brain, a trained second seat, and the plan.
- Your second seat learns the delegation habits: what to hand over, how approvals work
- Your 90-day roadmap gets finished against what is now actually running
- Open questions until the room is done, and your roadmap to take home
How five weeks fits in four hours
- You do the short pre-work before you arrive, so hour one starts with answers, not homework
- Both your seats build in parallel with someone from our team at the table, so nothing waits on a reply
- Whatever is still open at 5pm is covered by your credits, normal support, and a ticket that converts into the Sprint
By 5pm
What you walk out with.
- Your company brain live in your own Slack or Teams
- Your tools connected, permissions scoped, spend cap on
- Your first two automations running on real work
- A second seat trained on the delegation habits
- Your 90-day AI roadmap, finished against what runs
- Credits in your balance to keep building after the room

Your data stays yours

Every action logged
A full audit trail of what she did, when, and on whose say-so. Nothing happens off the record.
She checks her own work
Patricia reviews what she produces against your brand and your brief before it reaches you.
Sharper every week
The more feedback you give, the better she gets at your product and your voice, so the work lands closer to right over time.
Secure to connect
The compliance most tools cannot show.
Founders connect Patricia to their company because the paperwork is already done. Verify everything in the Trust Center.

Questions, answered.
Who is the Day for?
Owners and ops leads of service businesses and agencies who roughly know what they want and would rather build it in four guided hours than figure it out alone over four weekends. If you want to sit in the back and take notes, this is not the room; every company builds.
How is this different from the Setup Sprint?
Same install, different hands. In the five-week Setup Sprint we do everything for you. At the Day you do it with us, in one afternoon, at a fraction of the price. Plenty of companies do the Day first and convert the ticket into Sprint credit after.
What do we need to bring?
Two people (you and the person who runs ops with you), two laptops, admin access to your Slack or Microsoft Teams, and logins for the tools you want connected. Doors open at 12:30; we start at 13:00 sharp. That is the whole packing list.
We are on Microsoft Teams, not Slack. Does that work?
Yes. The install works the same in Slack and in Microsoft Teams, and the room handles both. Tell us which one you run in the pre-work so your table is set up before you arrive.
We are not technical. Will we keep up?
The room is designed for non-engineers. If your team can write a chat message, they can run everything we build. The technical parts happen with someone from our team at your table.
What if four hours is not enough for our setup?
You leave with the brain installed, your first automations running, and the roadmap for the rest. Whatever is still open is covered by your credits and normal support, and your ticket converts into Sprint credit if you want us to finish the job for you.
Is Patricia's subscription included?
The ticket covers the workshop and the credit conversion. Patricia's plan is billed separately and starts at $45 a month, and you will have her running before you decide anything.
Not ready to commit a seat?
Start with the free webinar. It teaches the method this room installs, and Day tickets open there first. The Day is for companies that already want the thing running.
What if it is not worth it?
Work with us through the first two hours. If at the break you do not believe the afternoon pays for itself, say so and get 100% back.
Four hours from now, this is just how you work.
Thursday, September 24, 13:00 to 17:00, Wintercircus, Ghent. Bring your ops lead, leave with a company brain that is already running.
