Hire your company's first AI agentin one afternoon.
You leave with the strategy, the technical deep-dive, and an agent already running on your own tools and your own client work.
The afternoon
Two parts, three hours, one-on-one.
An hour of strategy with Chris, then two hours of implementation with Ricardo, done for you live on the call. Every part ends with something you keep.

Part 1
Chris Out
Agency growth coach, chrisout.com
The future-proof agency, one-on-one with Chris Out
Your untouched-revenue score on paper, and the one process you will make founder-independent.
- Chris opens with the metric that predicts whether your agency survives the shift: untouched revenue, the revenue you neither sold nor delivered. You calculate yours live, together
- The decision audit: you map which decisions still route through you, and pick the process that eats the most of your hours at the lowest risk
- You write that process as a working brief: trigger, steps, quality floor, escalation rule, done. That brief is exactly what your AI employee runs on

Part 2
Ricardo Ghekiere
Founder, Patricia
The implementation, one-on-one with Ricardo
Two hours: Patricia live in your Slack or Teams, tools connected, automations running.
- Ricardo does the setup for you, live on the call: one department end to end, integrations connected, meeting recording on, Claude connected to the same brain
- 3 to 5 automations built on your real work, the right skills enabled; you watch, steer, and ask anything
- You leave with a strategy and a roadmap to keep building on your own

The company brain
Every tool, every teammate, one brain.
Not one AI assistant per person. Patricia is the brain in the middle: your tools connected, your company's context in one place, and the whole team working with her at the same time.
Support
A bug filed in plain words becomes a tracked ticket with an owner
Marketing
The weekly client report compiled from GA4 and Meta, ready for a yes
Finance
Friday's invoices drafted and waiting for approval
Concretely
Her first-day checklist, in ten blocks
Ten things any new hire needs before they are useful.
Company identity
What we sell, who we serve, our positioning, promises, terminology and priorities.
People and ownership
Who does what, who owns each area, who knows the context and who needs to approve decisions.
Customer context
Customer history, needs, conversations, commitments, feedback and open opportunities.
Company memory
The useful knowledge scattered across Slack, meetings, documents, email and other tools.
Decisions and reasoning
What was decided, why, by whom, when, and whether it is still valid.
Current state
Active projects, priorities, tasks, blockers, deadlines, metrics and important changes.
Ways of working
Processes, checklists, playbooks, recurring routines and how we do things here.
Tools and data
Which systems contain what information, where the source of truth lives, and how everything connects.
Rules and permissions
What Patricia or a teammate can see, suggest, draft, change, approve or publish.
Proactive action
What she should notice and act on without being asked: reminders, follow-ups, warnings, handoffs and recommendations.
This is the kind of work she takes over
Try it: the same workspace demo from our homepage. On the day, this runs on your own tools instead of a demo.
An illustrated Brightside Slack workspace plays example conversations between the team and Patricia, one channel at a time. Pick a channel to read it at your own pace.

TLDR
Organic traffic recovered 18 percent since the template fix. The CMO wants the Q3 roadmap a week early. Retainer unchanged.

Questions, answered.
Who is the Day for?
Owners and ops leads of service businesses and agencies who roughly know what they want and would rather get it running in one guided afternoon than figure it out alone over four weekends. If you want to sit in the back and take notes, this is not the room; every company leaves with their own setup live.
Can we come with two?
A seat is one seat, so the room stays a room of twelve companies rather than six. Ask when you apply and we confirm a second seat or we do not, depending on what is left. Bring the person who runs ops with you if we say yes.
We are on Microsoft Teams, not Slack. Does that work?
Yes. The install works the same in Slack and in Microsoft Teams, and the room handles both. Tell us which one you run in the pre-work so your table is set up before you arrive.
We are not technical. Will we keep up?
The room is designed for non-engineers. If your team can write a chat message, they can run everything we build. The technical parts happen with someone from our team at your table.
What if one afternoon is not enough for our setup?
You leave with her hired, her first work running, and the roadmap for the rest. One afternoon puts one team's recurring work in her hands, not the whole company. Whatever is still open is covered by your credits and normal support.
Is Patricia's subscription included?
The seat covers the workshop. Patricia's plan is billed separately and starts at $45 a month, and you will have her running before you decide anything.
Not ready to commit a seat?
Read the full curriculum first. It lists every hour of the afternoon and exactly what you leave with, so you can judge it before you apply. The Day is for companies that already want the thing running, not for deciding whether they do.
What if it is not worth it?
Work with us through the first half. If at the break you do not believe the afternoon pays for itself, say so and get 100% back.
Apply for your one-on-one implementation
This is an application, not a checkout. Tell us what the AI employee should take over first; we review every application personally. Selected applicants get the payment link, and once paid we schedule the three hours together, in your timezone.
Not in Belgium or the Netherlands? We run the day with you one-on-one, fully remote, scheduled in your timezone.
Three hours from now, this is just how you work.
Three hours, one-on-one, fully remote. Bring your ops lead to the call, leave with an AI employee who is already working.
