Take the next client without the next hire.
Patricia remembers every client, runs the weekly reports, spend alerts, recaps and follow-ups on her own, and asks before anything reaches a client. Right inside Slack or Teams.
An illustrated Brightside Slack workspace plays example conversations between the team and Patricia, one channel at a time. Pick a channel to read it at your own pace.
Monday report for Northwind is ready. Organic sessions up 6 percent week on week, two pages dropped out of the top ten after the pricing rewrite, and the fix is drafted. Written in Brightside's tone, Elena's summary on top.
Connects to the platforms you run for clients, and 1,000+ more
Sounds familiar?
Everyone has AI. You still remain the bottleneck.
The best workflows live in individual chats, while decisions, tools, and knowledge stay scattered across the team.
Every client, every week
The recurring client work, run on a schedule.
Onboard her once. She holds every client's context, runs the standing jobs, and asks before anything reaches a client.
The weekly client report, ready on Monday
Numbers from Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and Search Console, written in plain English and your agency's tone, prepared before your morning coffee.
One brain for every client
Briefs, decisions and calls per account stay in her memory, so nobody re-explains a client.
Remembers
Northwind: report every Monday, Elena reads the summary only, no stock photos, Q4 is the backlink push.
Recaps that become tasks
She sits in the client call, posts the recap in the channel, saves the decisions and puts the action items on the board with owners.
After the call, 11:33 AM
Northwind monthly review: recap in the channel, 3 decisions saved, 4 tasks in Notion with owners, follow-up drafted.
She asks before it reaches a client
Nothing posts, sends or spends without a yes from your team. A named person approves, in the channel where the work lives.
Send the Northwind weekly report to the client?
Reply to Elena about the Q4 calendar?
Send October invoices?
Spend and CPL alerts
She checks every account each morning and stays silent unless something is wrong. Then you get the flag and a proposed fix.
Unprompted, 8:12 AM
Fernbrook's CPL is up 28 percent since Tuesday and frequency sits at 4.2. Fix proposed, client note drafted. Want them?
Works on a schedule
Monday reports, daily account checks, call recaps that become tasks, Friday summaries, month-end invoices. Drafted on time, released after a yes.

The fair question
We gave the team Claude seats.
Isn’t that AI-native already?
A seat is a chat box you have to go to. An AI-native agency runs the recurring client work by default, together, in the channel where the team already works.
One teammate, every client channel.
Ricardo's chat
How can I help today?
Thibaut's chat
How can I help today?
Maya's chat
How can I help today?
…and two more, each starting from zero.
Five seats, five private chats. Nothing shared, nothing remembered.
@Pati where do we stand on the Northwind Q4 content calendar?
Approved on Tuesday’s call. Waiting on Elena for the dates of her two product launches, then the first draft goes out Thursday.
Elena just sent them: 14 October and 2 December
Saved to the Northwind account. First draft scheduled for Thursday, 9:00 AM, here in the channel for your review.
Perfect. Tag me on the draft, I see Elena on Friday.
The whole team works with her in the client channels.
The client call
The client call ends. Patricia is already on it.
She joins the client call, posts the recap, saves the decisions to the account's memory, turns the action items into tasks with owners, and starts the work she can handle on her own.
An illustration plays the notetaker loop: Patricia records a client call, posts the recap with a TLDR in the internal client channel, saves the decisions to that account's memory, puts the action items in Notion with owners, and offers the account manager a first draft of a task she can do herself.
Notes that write themselves
Recorded, transcribed, and recapped minutes after the call.
A brain per account that compounds
Every decision from every client call updates what she knows about that account.
Follow-ups that actually happen
Action items land with owners attached, and a recap email to the client is delivered right after the call. The tasks she can do herself, she offers to take to a first draft.
Setup
Set up with you in 20 minutes.
We do it together on the call. No engineering, no onboarding fee, no migration, and you add clients one at a time.
Add her to a channel

Connect the accounts you already manage
Connect your client accounts once, for the whole agency. Everyone works through the same connections with their own scoped access. No shared logins, no keys in the chat.
Point her at the first client
Name the account and the standing jobs: the Monday report, the daily account check, the call recaps. She starts the same day.
@Pati take over Northwind’s weekly report and the daily account check.
On it. First report Monday morning, in your agency’s tone, for your sign-off.

“Patricia runs the campaigns, updates the website, sends the monthly reports, and pings me when something looks off. We did not hire for any of it.”
Thibaut HennauFounder note
“I ran agencies for ten years and helped one grow from 10 to over 90 people. My mother, Patricia, was handling all the busy work I never had time for. So we decided everybody deserves a Patricia for their agency.”

Security and trust
Built to be trusted with your clients' data.
Only the channels you invite her to and the connections you approve. Every action is logged, she checks her own work, and she gets sharper on every account.
Your data stays yours
Logged, never used to train anyone else's model, and deleted if you cancel. Access is scoped per person, so a junior sees what a junior should see.
Every action logged
A full audit trail of what she did, when, and on whose say-so. Nothing happens off the record.
She checks her own work
Patricia reviews what she produces against the client's brief and your agency's tone before it reaches you.
Sharper every week
The more feedback you give, the better she gets at each account and each client's voice, so the work lands closer to right over time.
Secure to connect
The compliance most tools cannot show.
Agencies connect client accounts to Patricia because the paperwork is already done. Verify everything in the Trust Center.
How your data is protected, in plain languageFAQ
Questions, answered.
Who is Patricia for?
Small marketing agencies that run on Slack, with Microsoft Teams in beta. Performance and SEO agencies get the most out of her today, because Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and Search Console are the platforms she reads best. Web and development agencies are a worse fit.
What does she do for an agency each week?
The Monday report per client, in your agency's tone. A daily check of every account that stays silent unless spend, CPL or traffic moves. Recaps of client calls with the decisions saved and the action items on the board with owners. Client requests turned into tasks with a draft reply. Month-end invoices per retainer. Ad hoc, the most common ask is: find the thread and draft the reply.
Who approves her work?
Anyone you choose. Approval requests post in the channel where the work lives, so an account manager can approve their own accounts and the founder stops being the bottleneck. Nothing posts, sends or spends without a named yes.
Can clients see her?
Only where you invite her. She works in your internal channels by default and never posts in a shared client channel without a yes from your team. You choose exactly which channels she can read.
How does she keep my clients' context straight?
Each client gets its own channels and connections, and access is scoped per person. Her memory today is one brain for your agency, organised by client channel, so a fact about one account is available to the team working on another. Separate memory per client is on the roadmap, and we will tell you plainly where it stands on the onboarding call.
Does she only work in Slack?
Slack is her home. Microsoft Teams is live in beta. From either she works across the tools your clients live in: Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, Notion, Drive and 1,000+ more.
What does it cost?
The founding plan is $45 a month for one workspace, every seat included, with 20,000 credits. Free credits come with the onboarding call, no card needed, and credits never expire. Top-ups are $2.25 per 1,000 credits, cheaper in bulk.
What happens when my credits run out?
She pauses and asks. You can top up or wait for next month, and unused credits always roll over. The spend cap is on by default, so a busy month never surprises you.
Do I have to set up or host anything?
No, and you do not do it alone. We add her to your Slack, connect the accounts you already manage, and point her at the first client with you on the call. It takes about 20 minutes. Nothing to host, nothing to maintain.
Does Patricia learn from my data?
Yes. The more you use her and the more feedback you leave, the better she gets at your accounts and each client's voice. Your data is logged, deleted when you cancel, and never used to train anyone else's model. DPAs are available.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays yours, logged, and deleted if you cancel. SOC 2 Type II and GDPR are in place, and ISO 27001 is certified. Everything runs in the United States; say so to a client who asks.
