@Patricia build me an app with each client's monday.com projects: on track, at risk, overdue.
Your app is ready: Client project health.
How it works
Your team already asks Patricia for reports in Slack. Now the answer can be an app the whole agency opens, not a message that scrolls away.

Building your app
Step 2
Patricia reads the tools you connected, picks the right data and builds the page in the same clean layout every time.

Step 3
The app lands under Apps in Patricia with its own link. It keeps its data current, and you share it when you are ready.
What agencies build
Every app starts from a question your team already asks every week. Here are six to start from.
On track, at risk and overdue work for every client, and the hours used against each budget.
Spend, leads and cost per lead for every client, this week against last week.
Every post for the next two weeks, and the ones that still wait for client approval.
Monthly retainers, open invoices and the ones that are overdue, in one view.
A password link your client opens to see their rankings and traffic, kept up to date.
An internal tool your team uses to price a retainer from your own rate card.
Inside an app
Patricia writes the headline, picks the charts and keeps the source next to every number.

One home for every app
An app is never lost in a thread. Every one your team asks for lands on the Apps page, with a live preview and the tools it reads.

Done. Lumen Dental and Kite Bikes now show in amber, because both used more than 85% of their budget. The rest of the app stays the same.
Version 3, two changesUndo
Change it by asking
Ask in Slack or right next to the app. Patricia changes only that app, and every change is a new version you can undo.
Safe by default
Agencies hold other companies' numbers. Apps treats them that way.
By default an app only reads your tools, and a source that can change data asks for your approval first.
Teammates see an app only when you share it, and a client only through a password link.
When someone pastes an app link in Slack, the preview shows the app name, never a number.
Your data stays inside your workspace, hosted in the US. SOC 2 Type II compliant.

Why not a dashboard tool
| Question | A dashboard tool | Building it yourself | Patricia Apps |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who builds it | Someone on your team, chart by chart | A developer or a no-code freelancer | Patricia, from one message |
| Time to the first version | An afternoon, if the connector exists | Days to weeks, plus a brief | A few minutes |
| Changes | Back into the editor | A new ticket or a new invoice | Ask in Slack, undo any version |
| Knows your agency | No | Only what the brief said | Yes, from your company brain |
| Sharing with a client | Viewer access or an export | Whatever was built | A password link with an expiry |
Apps reads the same tools as everything else Patricia does. See the integrations and how the company brain feeds it.
FAQ
A live page Patricia builds for you from your connected tools: a dashboard, a client report, a tracker or a small internal tool. You ask for it in Slack, or in Microsoft Teams in beta, and it lives under Apps in Patricia with its own link.
Apps is coming soon, and agencies get it first. Book a demo and we will show it on your own tools and tell you when your workspace gets it.
No. You describe what you want in a sentence. Patricia picks the data, builds the page and keeps it up to date. To change it, you ask again.
Any tool you connect to Patricia, out of 1,000+: monday.com, Airtable, Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, Search Console, Stripe, HubSpot and many more. One app can combine several tools.
Yes. An app refreshes when you open it and its data is more than 12 hours old, and you can refresh it at any time from the app or from Slack. Every source shows when it was last updated.
Only when you share it. Every app starts private. You can share it with your team, with named teammates, or send a client a password link that expires on the date you pick. A client sees that one app, never your other apps or your tools.
By default an app only reads your tools. When an app can do something, like mark a task as done, Patricia asks for your approval first, by default, the same way she does for every other change.
Apps run on your Patricia plan and its credits, so there is no separate dashboard tool to pay for.
