Patricia Affiliate Program

Earn 20% of everything your audience runs through Patricia.

Not 20% of a seat. 20% of the work, the subscription and every credit they burn, for 12 months. Plus 10% of the workshops and Sprints they buy, and a code that hands your audience 10,000 bonus credits.

Free to join. Every application is reviewed by a human, usually within two days.

How you get paid

Most programs pay you once, on a flat subscription, and then decay. Patricia bills for work done, so one referral pays you three different ways and the total grows as they use her more.

20%

Of everything they spend on Patricia

The $45 a month workspace plan and every credit top-up on top of it, for 12 months from their first payment. A company running real client work bills far more in credits than in subscription, and you earn on all of it.

10%

Of the workshop or Setup Sprint they buy

If your referral books the AI-Native Agency Day (€499 a seat) or the Setup Sprint ($9,750) within 60 days of signing up, you take a cut of that too. One-off, paid on the same schedule.

Bonus credits, every time your code is used

You get a personal coupon code. Anyone who redeems it gets 10,000 bonus credits on top of the 10,000 everyone starts with, so 20,000 in total with no card and no call. It also protects your commission: a code is typed in at checkout, so it attributes the signup to you even when the cookie is gone, on a different device or in a cleared browser.

320,000

A company that genuinely adopts Patricia spends about $650 a month, roughly 320,000 credits, once the 20,000 included in the plan run out. That is where this starts.

Teach them to run twice the work and the same referrals pay $28,599 instead.

Consumption is the $45 plan plus credits, at the bulk rate they qualify for. Workshop seats converted at €1 = $1.08.

The better you teach, the more you earn

This is the difference worth understanding before you write your first post.

On a flat subscription program, a tutorial earns you nothing. The customer pays the same $30 a month whether they use the product once a week or all day. Your best work is invisible on your payout.

Patricia is metered. A post that teaches a company to run its monthly client reports through her does not just stop them churning. It raises their credit usage, and 20% of that increase lands in your next payout. Then it makes them the kind of buyer who books the Setup Sprint, which pays you again.

So the same referral can be worth almost nothing, or thousands. Nobody decides which but you.

You publish

A teardown, a template, a walkthrough of a workflow you actually run.

They run more work

More reports, more briefs, more automations. Every one of them burns credits.

Your payout grows

20% of a bigger bill, every month. And a warmer buyer for the Sprint.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What exactly counts as a sale?

Everything the referred workspace pays us: the $45 monthly plan, and every credit top-up on top of it, for 12 months from their first payment. Because Patricia is metered, top-ups are usually the larger half.

How does the tracking work?

Two ways, and they back each other up. Your link sets a cookie that lasts 30 days, so anyone who signs up in that window is attributed to you. Your coupon code is typed in at checkout, so it attributes people the cookie would have missed: a different device, a cleared browser, a link forwarded to a colleague. Either way, every payment they make for the next 12 months earns you commission.

Do I really earn on the workshop and the Setup Sprint?

Yes, 10% of either, if your referral books it within 60 days of signing up. That is about $54 on an AI-Native Agency Day seat and $975 on a Setup Sprint, paid as a one-off on your normal payout schedule.

When and how do I get paid?

A commission clears 14 days after the payment, which covers the refund window. Once your cleared balance reaches $50 we pay out through Stripe or PayPal. There is no cap, and no clawback on a cleared commission.

What does my audience get out of using my link or code?

10,000 bonus credits when they redeem your code, on top of the 10,000 everyone gets, so 20,000 in total with no card and no sales call. It is a genuinely better deal than signing up directly, which is the point: they get more, and you get an attribution that does not depend on a cookie surviving.

My audience is small. Should I bother applying?

Yes. We look at fit, not follower count. A newsletter of 800 agency owners is worth more to us than 50,000 general tech followers, and it will earn you more.

Can I run ads on your brand name?

No. Bidding on Patricia and its variants is not allowed, and neither are coupon-scraping sites or unattributed spam. Everything else is fair game: content, video, newsletters, courses, communities.

Your audience is already trying to work this out.

Agencies are being told to become AI-native and handed no instructions. Be the one who shows them, and get paid on every hour of work that follows.
