Campaign builds

Brief to launch-ready: copy, variants, and a plan

Typical costs from our pricing model at the base rate of $2.25 per 1,000 credits. A lighter task bills less; when credits run out, Patricia pauses and asks. Nothing bills without your approval.

How credits work

Transparent enough to budget on.

Credits are how Patricia meters work. The base rate is $2.25 per 1,000 credits, and the founding plan includes 20,000 every month: exactly $45 worth at the base rate, so the subscription buys work, not access. Four rules keep the bill honest.

Metered, not fixed

Every task shows a typical cost up front, then bills for the work it actually takes. A lighter task bills less. The bill reflects what really ran, not a flat fee.

Only finished work counts

Retries are free. If a draft misses the brief, the redo does not cost you credits. You pay for delivered work, not attempts.

Credits never expire

Unused credits roll over, month after month. Buy in bulk at a lower rate and use them whenever the work shows up.

Spend cap on by default

Set the cap wherever your budget is; when credits run out, Patricia pauses and asks. Nothing runs and nothing bills without your approval, so the invoice is never a surprise.

Bulk top-ups

The more you commit, the less you pay.

Need more than the plan includes? Top up at the base rate, or buy in bulk for up to 25% off. Top-up credits never expire, so there is no risk in buying ahead.

Bulk top-up pricing: bigger top-ups earn a lower rate per 1,000 credits
Top-upDiscountPer 1,000 creditsYou pay
10,000 creditsBase rate~$2.25$22.50
100,000 credits10% off~$2.03$202.50
750,000 credits20% off~$1.80$1,350
2,000,000 credits25% off~$1.69$3,375

Top-ups between these sizes earn the rate of the last tier they pass: anything from 100,000 up to 750,000 credits gets the 10% discount. Rates are shown rounded to the cent; what you pay uses the exact discount. Beyond 2,000,000 credits, talk to us about a volume rate.

Pricing FAQ

The money questions, answered.

How do credits work?

Credits are how Patricia meters work. Every task shows a typical cost up front, then bills for the work it actually takes: an ad variant averages about 150 credits, a client report about 800. The base rate is $2.25 per 1,000 credits, and the founding plan includes 20,000 credits every month.

Why is pricing metered instead of fixed per task?

Because a flat fee overcharges the simple tasks to subsidize the heavy ones. Metering means a lighter task bills less and the invoice reflects what actually ran. You still get a typical cost per task up front, so you can budget the month before it starts.

What is included in the $45 founding plan?

20,000 credits every month, every seat included, free retries, credits that never expire and roll over, and a spend cap on by default. In one example month that covers 5 client reports, 12 content briefs, and 40 ad variants, with room left for the day-to-day.

What counts as a workspace?

Your whole agency. One workspace covers every client you manage and every seat on your team, so a 15-client shop pays the same workspace price as a 3-client one. Each client's work stays walled off and every action is logged per client, so you can see where the credits went. You never pay per client, per channel, or per seat.

Do you charge per seat?

No, never. One workspace price covers your whole team. Add your account managers, your designers, and your clients' channels without the bill moving.

How do I start for free?

You start with 7,500 free credits and no card, enough to run real client work for a couple of weeks and see the output quality for yourself. Upgrade when she has earned it.

What happens when my credits run out?

Patricia pauses and asks. Top-ups start at $2.25 per 1,000 credits and get cheaper in bulk, and a spend cap is on by default, so nothing runs and nothing bills without your approval.

Do credits expire?

Never. Unused credits roll over month after month, and top-up credits keep forever. Buying in bulk at a discount carries no use-it-or-lose-it risk.

Who decides when work is finished?

You do. Patricia hands you the work and it counts as finished when you accept it. If a draft misses the brief, say so: retries are free, and only accepted work counts against your credits. A miss costs you a minute of feedback, not part of your budget.

Do images and creative work cost extra credits?

No separate meter. Everything Patricia makes bills in the same credits, and the ad-variant average includes its visual. Heavier formats get the same treatment as they launch: a typical cost published up front, metered to the work it takes, with your spend cap as the backstop.

Do bulk credits get cheaper?

Yes, up to 25% off. The base rate is $2.25 per 1,000 credits; a 100,000-credit top-up brings it to about $2.03, 750,000 to $1.80, and 2,000,000 to about $1.69.

Will the price change after launch?

The founding plan is how we reward the agencies that join first, and we have no plans to raise it for founding workspaces. If pricing ever changes, founding workspaces hear it first, with time to decide, and every credit you already own keeps its full value because credits never expire.

Do I get a DPA on the founding plan?

Yes. DPAs are available on every plan, founding included; ask when your invite lands and we will get it signed. Compliance reports and processing details live in the BetterGroup Trust Center (Patricia is a BetterGroup product). Custom plans add negotiated DPA and SLA terms on top.

We run serious volume. Is there a bigger plan?

Yes. Custom plans add a lower credit rate beyond the published ladder (2,000,000+ credits a month), SSO, custom DPA and SLA terms, and dedicated onboarding. Join the list, mention your volume, and we will put a plan together around it.

When do invites go out?

We are onboarding the first group of agencies now, and invites go out in small batches as capacity opens. Join the list and a confirmation lands in your inbox right away; you will hear from us either way, and your free credits are ready the moment your invite lands.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The founding plan is monthly with no contract lock-in. If you cancel, your client data is deleted, and DPAs are available.

How accurate are the average task costs?

They are the averages our pricing model plans around, shown so you can budget. A short rewrite bills under the average and a heavy research task can bill over it, but whatever the task, you see its typical cost before you hand it over. Set the spend cap to your own budget and the total stays inside it.
