For SEO agencies · A GEO service, run by Patricia

Add a GEO service to your agency. Patricia delivers it.

Patricia measures how often ChatGPT and Google AI name each client, does the work that moves the number, and reports it in the client's Slack or Teams channel. You sell the retainer. Nothing goes out without a yes.

  • ChatGPT and Google AI, measured per client
  • Nothing posts without approval

Your clients ask if they are in ChatGPT. Sell them the answer, and the work behind it.

A GEO retainer has three parts: measure, fix, report. Patricia runs all three per client. The numbers below are BetterPic's own, the AI headshot company our team also runs, in a category of 30 to 40 tools where Canva and Adobe compete for the same answers.

What the client gets every month

Measure

A monthly AI visibility report: position and share on ChatGPT and Google AI against the rivals you name, the sites those answers cite, and three actions with an owner.

A page with a TLDR, posted in the client's channel with a link you can share.

Fix

The work the report asks for: page specs that make a page quotable, the roundups the client is missing from with the pitch drafted, and Reddit replies that pass the rule check.

Each one waits for a yes in Slack or Teams. Nothing is posted or sent on its own.

Report

A weekly search report from the client's Search Console, and a monthly client report drafted in your agency's voice, white label.

A human reads it and sends it. The retainer shows its work every month.

The retainer, week by week

One routine per weekday. Three per month. Every client channel.

This is the GEO retainer as Patricia runs it in each client's channel. Each run ends in a page, a spec or a draft that waits for approval.

Built in. No separate GEO subscription. AI visibility, page quotability, roundup detection, link intersect, keyword gap and Search Console data are Patricia's own skills. If you already pay for a tracker, she reads its output through MCP or API and does the work it asks for. The daily Reddit scan has its own page.

  • AI visibility report
  • Page quotability review
  • Listicle radar
  • Link intersect
  • Keyword gap
  • Search Console wins
  • Technical check

Built for the agency that sells the strategy and has to deliver it.

Two ways to sell it. Run the retainer for your own clients, or install it for them as a partner and keep the fee.

Run it for your clients

The GEO retainer, delivered without a new hire.

  • One shared channel per client. The report, the specs and the drafts land where the client already talks to you.
  • Your method, run the same way for every client. Your playbook becomes the steps Patricia follows, week after week.
  • Per client, by design. Each client gets its own channels and connections, with access scoped per person.
  • A monthly report per client that writes itself. Positions, mentions and what shipped, drafted in your voice for a human to send.
Install it as a partner

Sell the install to your clients. Set your own fee and keep all of it.

  • Your fee, 100% yours. You price the install and the retainer around it. We never see the invoice.
  • 20% of what each client pays Patricia, for 12 months. Paid on top of your own fee.
  • Trained on the retainer before your first client goes live: the nine routines, the client brain, the approval settings.
  • Every action approved and logged. The client sees what was done and who said yes, in their own channel.

Four steps before anything goes out.

Every reply, pitch and page fix follows the same path. Nothing is posted, sent or created without a yes in the client's channel.

  1. 01

    Patricia drafts

A Reddit reply, a roundup pitch, a page spec or a client report. At this point nothing has left the channel.

  2. 02

    She checks the draft

A Reddit draft runs the subreddit's rule check and gets a removal-risk score. A reply that names the client carries the disclosure. A page fix stays a spec: she never edits a site.

  3. 03

    You or the client decide

The draft lands in the channel as an approval card, with the check result next to it. Approve, edit, or skip. Anything that reaches a client's audience asks first. You choose in the console which low-risk steps, like creating a Gmail draft, run on their own.

  4. 04

It goes out, and it is logged

Only an approved draft moves: the reply posts, the pitch sends, the ticket is created. Every action is logged with who said yes and when. Daily caps keep the activity natural.

Your checklist is a better test than most review lists. Before paying, run the same 8 to 10 selfies through two tools, with a couple of them wearing your glasses, and compare how the eyes and hair come out. Then read how long each one keeps your uploads.

Approved by the client at 08:40. Posted. Logged with the approver's name.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can we automate the reporting?

Yes. You set the schedule: weekly, monthly, or before each client call. The format and the content are yours: the metrics, the order, the tone, the length. Patricia's skills help you start from her report template, and every part of it can change. The draft lands in the channel for a human to check and send.

Do we still need our AI visibility tool?

It depends on what you use it for. Patricia does not yet match a dedicated tool on live dashboards or on the number of models tracked. She does run the market scan on ChatGPT and Google AI, and she turns it into the recommendations and the work that move a client up. If you want the scan and the execution in one place, she covers it. If you need a live dashboard across every model, keep the tool and let Patricia read its output.

Can Patricia implement the changes herself?

She manages the work rather than editing the site. Each recommendation becomes a ticket for the developer in Linear or Notion, or a line on the to-do list she keeps for the project manager, with the spec attached. She keeps that list current as things ship. Nothing touches a CMS.

Does she publish anything on her own?

No. She finds and drafts without being asked: the scans run on schedule and the drafts arrive on their own. Posting, sending and creating tickets wait for a yes in the channel, from you or the client. You decide in the console which low-risk steps, like creating a Gmail draft, may run on their own.

Can we put our agency's name on the reports?

The monthly client report has a white-label setting and is drafted in your agency's voice or the client's. The weekly search report and the AI visibility report are pages you share from the client's channel.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many client channels you run. Book a call and we will size it with you.
