Affiliate Program Terms
Version 1.0 · Last updated on August 29, 2026
These terms govern your participation in the Patricia affiliate program, operated by BETTERGROUP HOLDING INC. They apply from the moment we approve your application. Where they say we or us they mean BETTERGROUP HOLDING INC, and you means the approved affiliate.
The program page describes the same offer in plain language. Where the two differ, this document governs.
1. Joining the program
Applications are free and reviewed by a person. We may decline one without giving a reason, and approval does not create employment, agency or partnership between us. You are an independent party and cannot enter into obligations on our behalf.
2. What we pay
Three things, on referrals attributed to you under section 3.
- $50 for each qualified demo, as defined in section 4. Paid once per booking, whether or not the person ever becomes a customer.
- 20% of what a referred workspace pays us, covering the $45 monthly plan and every credit top-up, for 12 months from that workspace’s first payment. The clock runs from the first payment, not from approval or from the referral.
- $100 of Patricia credits for the person you refer, on top of the free credits every account receives. These are theirs, not yours, and are loaded once the account is active and Patricia is installed in their workspace.
Commissions are calculated on amounts we actually receive, excluding tax, refunds and chargebacks. We do not pay on your own purchases, on accounts you control, or on a workspace that was already our customer when you referred it.
3. How referrals are attributed
- Your link. Clicking a refer.patricia.app link sets a cookie that lasts 30 days. A booking or signup inside that window is attributed to you.
- Your code. Recorded when we onboard the account, so it attributes people whose cookie did not survive.
Where more than one affiliate could claim a referral, the most recent attributed touch wins. Our records are the record of what was attributed.
4. What counts as a qualified demo
A demo is qualified when a genuine prospect books through your link or code and attends the call. We read attendance from the meeting itself. Booking alone does not qualify.
A demo does not qualify, and any bounty already paid may be reversed, when:
- the booking is cancelled, or nobody joins the call;
- the attendee is marked as a no-show;
- the company is already our customer, or has already been referred;
- it repeats a booking you have already been paid for;
- the attendee is you, or someone acting for you.
We may withhold a bounty where the evidence indicates a booking was manufactured to claim one. If we do, we will tell you why, and you may respond.
5. When you get paid
- A commission is held for 14 days after it is earned. The hold covers refunds and a no-show recorded after the call.
- Once your cleared balance reaches $50, we pay out through Stripe or PayPal. Below that it carries forward.
- There is no cap, and we do not reverse a commission once it has cleared.
You are responsible for your own taxes, and for providing whatever details our payment provider requires. We cannot pay where sanctions or law prevent it.
6. How you may promote us
Say true things. Describe the product as it is, disclose that your links are affiliate links wherever the law or the platform requires it, and keep to each platform’s own rules.
You may not:
- bid on Patricia, our brand names or close variants in paid search, or use them in display URLs;
- run coupon, cashback or voucher sites on our terms;
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or post unattributed spam;
- imply you are Patricia, speak for us, or register domains, handles or app names that could be mistaken for ours;
- promise anything on our behalf about pricing, features, security or delivery dates.
You may use our name and marks to describe the product honestly while you are in the program. That permission ends when your participation does.
7. Your audience’s data
You never receive personal data about the people you refer. We report clicks, signups and earnings back to you in aggregate. Anything you collect yourself, such as a newsletter list, remains yours and your responsibility under applicable data protection law.
8. Ending it
Either of us may leave at any time, for any reason, by telling the other. If you leave or we remove you, commissions already earned and not disqualified are still paid on the normal schedule. Nothing further accrues after that.
We may suspend payouts while we investigate suspected fraud, and withhold amounts we conclude were not earned.
9. Liability
The program is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the commissions payable to you in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may change these terms, including the rates. A change is published here with a new version number and date, and takes effect for referrals attributed after that date. Commissions already earned are settled under the terms in force when they were earned.
11. Contact
Questions about the program, a commission or these terms go to the support address on your partner dashboard. Notices to us go to BETTERGROUP HOLDING INC, 1111B S Governors Ave, Dover, DE 19904, United States.
