Our story
Everybody deserves a Patricia.
Patricia is a real person. She is the reason this exists. Here is how she got her name.

The work around the work
I ran an agency for ten years.
Performance, content, brand, lead gen, the whole spread. We built a name for one thing, results. Clients came for the thinking and stayed for the wins.
What you do not see from the outside is the rest of it. The reporting deadlines. The contracts. The hires that work out and the ones that do not. The clients you win, the ones you lose, and the dozen you are juggling at once. At the peak I was running fifteen at a time, walking into meetings with no time to prep, holding it together on instinct.
I had built it once. I could build it again. There was just one part I could not stand. Everything around the work. Recruiting. Paperwork. Finance. Checking the accounts. The endless admin that has nothing to do with the client and everything to do with the day.
The yes
So I had a coffee with my mother and told her the truth. I will only do this if you run the back office. She said yes.

Her name is Patricia
People call her Pati.
She is sixty-five, and she is the most quietly capable person I know. For years she did exactly what she promised, took care of whatever needed doing, usually before anyone asked. She brought something the rest of us did not have. Decades of judgment. The calm that comes from having seen it all. The instinct to fix the thing before it became a problem.
The team did not really run without her, and most teams have someone like her. The ones that do not wish they did.
That is who this is named after. Not a mascot. A real person who proved, every single day, what one proactive teammate can do for a business built on talent and starved for time.
I could not give everyone my mother. So I built one anyone can have.
