Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data, and any other question about the privacy policy. If your data sits inside a customer's workspace, that customer is the controller and we will pass your request to them.
Data processing agreement
A countersigned copy of the DPA, subprocessor change notices, and contractual data-protection questions.

Report a vulnerability. This one reaches a founder directly rather than a role mailbox, so a researcher never waits on a queue.

Company and compliance
Patricia is a BetterGroup product. Audit reports, the SOC 2 Type II package, and the rest of the compliance documentation live in the BetterGroup Trust Center. The published legal set is the terms of service, the privacy policy, the data processing agreement, the security commitments, and the subprocessor list.
