The short verdict

Both pull the numbers on a schedule. What you get back is different.

AgencyAnalytics gives you

A report you build.

You drag widgets onto a dashboard, turn it into a scheduled report, and add the commentary yourself, with an AI Summary widget to help. Clients can log in to a branded portal and change the date range.

Patricia gives you

A report she writes.

She reads each client's accounts, drafts the report in your deck or brand kit, explains what moved and proposes next steps. You review the draft in Slack or Teams, and she asks before a report or any draft she writes reaches a client.

The detail

The differences that decide it.

A dashboard tool vs a coworker who writes the report.

Patricia

The slow part of a monthly report is the paragraph under the chart: why cost per lead went up, which campaign caused it, and what you will do next month. That paragraph is where an account manager's first Monday of the month goes. Patricia starts from the other end. She drafts the whole report, numbers and narrative, in the format your agency already sends. In a sample monthly report for Orbit, a sample client with sample data, she compares every campaign with the month before, names the cause of a 13% rise in cost per lead, and lists the priorities for the next month.

AgencyAnalytics

AgencyAnalytics automates the data side very well. It connects the accounts, keeps the dashboards live, schedules the report and pauses it for your approval so you can add context. Its AI Summary writes a short overview of a report section, which you can edit.

She also works between reports.

Patricia

Every week she can check the accounts and post what changed before your client sync. You ask her in the channel, for example "which keywords are getting expensive?", and she answers from the client's own data. When GA4 and Meta disagree on conversions, she explains the gap in the report instead of averaging it away.

AgencyAnalytics

Goals, alerts and anomaly detection come with every client, and alerts post to an in-app notification inbox. Inside the platform, an AI Summary widget and Ask AI draft summaries from the data.

Where each one is stronger.

Patricia

She writes the report and the commentary: what moved, why, and the next step for each campaign, in your template, so you edit a draft instead of starting from a blank text box. She works where your team works: the weekly check, the draft and the approval happen in Slack or Microsoft Teams, so your team preps a client call without opening another app. She does the follow-up work: the negative keyword list drafted, the creative brief written, the call recap posted; reporting is one of her jobs, next to ad spend alerts, briefs and follow-ups. She remembers the client: Patricia keeps a shared memory of the agency's client work, so you do not explain a client's goals again every month. And the price does not grow per client: $45 a month per workspace, every seat included. SOC 2 Type II audited, with data hosted in the US.

AgencyAnalytics

A live dashboard for the client: clients log in to a white-label portal on your own domain, change the date range and dig into the numbers themselves, and share links open read-only without a login. Breadth of data: 90+ integrations, Google Sheets for anything else, custom metrics and roll-up reports across clients. Rank tracking and AI search tracking as add-ons, in the same tool as the reports. A price per client you can forecast, with unlimited staff and client users.

On price, the shapes differ.

Patricia

Patricia charges per workspace, plus credits for the work: $45 per workspace, 20,000 credits included, and a client report uses about 300 credits, about $0.68 at the base rate of $2.25 per 1,000. Take 10 clients and one monthly report each: 10 × 300 = 3,000 credits, inside the 20,000 included. A weekly account check per client is 40 checks × about 300 credits = 12,000 credits (our estimate), still inside the plan. Total: $45 a month, with about 5,000 credits left over that roll over. Each extra client is about 300 credits per report; extra credits are $2.25 per 1,000. Reports vary in size: BetterPic's own monthly client report, a bigger one, used 613 credits, so 10 reports at that size use about 6,130 credits, still inside the plan. At about 300 credits a report, the 20,000 included credits cover about 66 reports a month.

AgencyAnalytics

AgencyAnalytics charges per client, with no base price. For 10 clients and one monthly report each: 10 × $20 = $200 a month on annual billing, which is $2,400 a year. Alerts are included in the per-client price. Each extra client adds $20 a month on annual billing, and discounted per-client pricing starts at 25 clients.

The two prices do not buy the same thing.

Patricia

The Patricia price includes the written draft and the rest of her agency work, with no client login. You can set a monthly spend cap on Patricia's credits. Neither price includes the time your account manager spends reviewing the report before it goes out, so count that too.

AgencyAnalytics

The AgencyAnalytics price includes live dashboards, a client portal and 90+ integrations.

Where Patricia is the wrong pick.

Patricia

Patricia is a coworker who writes and does the work around the report. She lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, and she sends a finished report: she gives clients no portal and no custom domain. Some agencies keep both: the dashboard for the client who likes to log in, and Patricia for the written report, the weekly check and the follow-ups.

AgencyAnalytics

Pick a dashboard tool instead when your clients want a live, white-label dashboard login; AgencyAnalytics, Whatagraph and DashThis all give them one. Also when you report on many niche data sources: AgencyAnalytics lists 90+ integrations, so check that each source you report on is in Patricia's integrations before you switch. Also when you need rank tracking inside the reporting tool: AgencyAnalytics sells a Rank Tracker add-on next to its reports. And when your team does not work in Slack or Microsoft Teams: a browser dashboard fits a team that lives in email.

Common questions

Patricia vs AgencyAnalytics FAQ

What is the best AgencyAnalytics alternative for a small agency?

It depends on the work you want to stop doing. For a cheaper white-label dashboard, DashThis starts at $54 a month for 3 dashboards. For the report written for you, Patricia is an AI coworker in Slack and Microsoft Teams who drafts each client's report and commentary for $45 a month per workspace. Whatagraph fits larger teams, from $812 a month billed annually.

How much does AgencyAnalytics cost for 10 clients?

$200 a month on annual billing, at $20 per client per month, so $2,400 for the year. Volume pricing starts at 25 clients. Prices checked on 3 November 2026.

How much does Patricia cost for 10 client reports?

$45 a month per workspace. A client report uses about 300 credits (about $0.68), so 10 monthly reports use about 3,000 of the 20,000 credits included every month. Every seat is included, and unused credits roll over.

Does Patricia give clients a dashboard login?

No. Patricia delivers the finished report as Google Slides, a PDF, PowerPoint or a web page, and she posts what changed in Slack or Microsoft Teams. If your clients want to log in to a live, white-label dashboard, AgencyAnalytics, Whatagraph or DashThis is the better pick.

Can Patricia write the report in our own template?

Yes. Give her your deck or brand kit once and she follows it for each client. She pulls the numbers from the client's own accounts, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4 and Search Console, and writes what moved and what comes next.

Does Patricia send reports to clients on her own?

She asks before a report or any draft she writes reaches a client. The one exception is the meeting recap email, which by default goes to everyone on the invite. You read the draft in Slack or Teams, change what you want and approve it. AgencyAnalytics has a similar step: a scheduled report can pause for your approval before it goes out.

How does Whatagraph compare?

Whatagraph is the closest of the three to Patricia's idea. Its IQ Agents page says the agents "build the reports, watch the accounts and act in your stack", and lists Slack, HubSpot and Google Ads among the tools they reach through MCP; Whatagraph IQ handles report creation, chat and summaries. It prices per connected data account: 1 source credit = 1 account, such as one Facebook Ads account. It is priced for bigger teams: the Max plan starts at $812 a month on annual billing, from 50 source credits, and 10 clients fit while they stay within the source credits on your plan. Prime, with BigQuery and Looker transfers, is custom, so pick Whatagraph Prime if you need your reporting data in a warehouse. Custom branding comes on both plans, a custom report domain is a Prime add-on, users are unlimited, and you start with "Get a demo": there is no trial on the pricing page. Checked 3 Nov 2026.

How does DashThis compare?

DashThis is the simplest way to send a white-label dashboard on a schedule. It prices per dashboard ("a dashboard is simply one marketing report"), with a cap on sources. Individual is $54 a month or $44 paid yearly for 3 dashboards and 15 sources. 10 clients fit in Professional, $164 a month or $139 paid yearly, for 10 dashboards, as long as they use 40 connected accounts or fewer. Its free AI Insights give four preset readings of a dashboard (Summary, Opportunities, Wins, Issues), with chat only in the Pro add-on at $19 a month ($15 paid yearly). White-label dashboards, custom domain and custom email come on every plan, users are unlimited, and you start with a 14-day free trial. Checked 3 Nov 2026.
