Remembers
Northwind: report every Monday, Elena reads the summary only, no stock photos, Q4 is the backlink push.
Recaps that become tasks
She joins the client call. Action items land on the board with owners.
After the call, 11:33 AM
Northwind monthly review: recap in the channel, 3 decisions saved, 4 tasks in Notion with owners, follow-up drafted.
She asks before a draft reaches a client
Every draft waits for your team's yes. By default, so does every change and spend.
Send the Northwind weekly report to the client?
Reply to Elena about the Q4 calendar?
Send October invoices?
Spend and CPL alerts
Silent until something is wrong. Then the flag and a proposed fix.
Unprompted, 8:12 AM

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Which automations are built in?
Daily Brief, Meeting Prep, Post-meeting Follow-ups, two email sweeps, Ad Anomaly Watch, Monthly Client Report and Sales Proposals.
What does a run cost?
Credits, like any task in chat. A quick check uses a few, a client report more.
What if we run out of credits?
That run is skipped and marked in Tasks, so nothing fails quietly.
Can she send things on her own?
Drafts wait for your yes, and by default so do budget, bid and pause changes. The one exception is the meeting recap email, which by default goes to everyone on the invite.
How do I stop one?
Tell her in chat, or switch it off in the console.
Hand her the Monday status.
Bring a job your team repeats. We set it up on the call.
