Patricia in Claude and ChatGPT

Half your team already lives in Claude or ChatGPT, pasting the same briefs and client notes again and again. Connect Patricia and that tool knows the agency, and it can hand Patricia the work.

For anyone who uses Claude or ChatGPT

Video coming soon

Until then, the steps below cover everything in it.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Start from Settings, AI tools

In the console, open Settings, AI tools and click Connect next to Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code. Each person connects their own, once. You sign in with your Patricia account, so there is no key to paste, and the tool gets the same access you have in Patricia, nothing more.

  2. 2

    Claude

Click Open Claude: Claude opens its form for a new custom connector. Follow its steps, then sign in to Patricia when Claude asks. If the form is empty, copy the name and address from the console. It works on claude.ai, the desktop app and the phone app. Free Claude plans can add one custom connector. On Claude Team or Enterprise, an owner adds Patricia once for everyone, and then you click Connect next to Patricia in Claude's connectors and sign in.

  3. 3

    ChatGPT

On chatgpt.com, add a custom MCP server named Patricia with the address from the console, choose OAuth, and sign in to Patricia. The console lists the exact clicks. On your own ChatGPT it needs Plus or Pro, and on Pro ChatGPT can read through Patricia but cannot ask her to change anything. On ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, a workspace admin publishes Patricia once for everyone, and then you open Plugins, click Install, then Connect, and sign in. After that it works in the ChatGPT apps too, and in a chat you type @Patricia to use her.

  4. 4

    Bring what it already knows

Ask it to show what it remembers about you and your work, and to save it to Patricia only after you say yes. Read that list first and leave out anything you would not tell your team.

  5. 5

Keep her up to date, twice a day

Your AI tool keeps learning about you, so make the import a habit. Schedule a task in Claude or ChatGPT that runs twice a day and saves what it remembers about you and your work to Patricia. She skips what she already has, so a run normally adds only what is new. Each run saves without your review, so the prompt below keeps every memory personal and leaves out anything private.

  6. 6

Set it up so it runs on its own

In Claude you need a paid plan with Memory turned on. Open Scheduled and choose New task. In your connector settings, allow Patricia's tool "Store workspace or personal memory" in advance, so a run does not stop to ask. In ChatGPT, ask in a chat to schedule it; on ChatGPT Pro it cannot save to Patricia. If you can only pick one time a day, make two daily tasks. Run it once by hand, then check after the first scheduled run that new memories arrived.

  7. 7

    Ask the agency's memory

Ask what was decided about a client. The answer comes from what Patricia remembers from meetings and team conversations, so it is today's answer, not last month's document.

  8. 8

    Hand her the job

Ask Patricia for the work from inside Claude or ChatGPT. She runs it with your connected tools and skills, and the result comes back into the chat. Her approvals still apply, and a yes given in Slack does not carry over, so approve it in the chat or in the console.

Safe by design

A connection acts as you, in one workspace, with the same access you have in Patricia. Her approvals still apply. Disconnect it any time, from your AI tool or from the console.

Try these in Claude or ChatGPT

Copy one, fill in the brackets, and send it.

Show me what you remember about me and my work. After I say yes, save it to Patricia's memory.

Twice a day, at 9:00 and 17:00, save what you remember about me and my work to Patricia's memory, in batches. Keep each memory personal. Leave out passwords, API keys, tokens, account numbers, health details and private matters unrelated to my work.

Ask Patricia what we decided about [client]'s monthly report.
