Meetings
Every client call ends the same way: somebody has to write it up, and a few to-dos die in a notebook. Hand that to Patricia.

Until then, the steps below cover everything in it.
Step by step
- 1
Connect your calendar
Connect your Google or Outlook calendar and she joins the meetings on it: auto-join is on by default. In Meetings, Settings you can turn Auto-join my meetings off, or choose which meetings qualify, for example only the ones you organize, or only the ones with your Patricia teammates.
- 2
Decide who gets the recap email
By default it goes to everyone on the invite, clients included, and says Patricia wrote it. Want to read it first? Send it to yourself only.
- 3
Set the workspace policy
Admins choose where recaps go in chat: back into the thread that asked, into a channel you pick, or as a direct message to the person whose meeting it was. They also set what a good recap looks like at your agency, and who can open recordings.
- 4
Record a one-off meeting from chat
Not on your calendar? Send her "Patricia, record this meeting" with the link, and she joins the call. Tell everyone in the call that she is recording.
- 5
After the call
The recap lands where you told it to. In the console you can copy the recap and search the transcript. With Post-meeting Follow-ups on, she hands you your to-dos and asks which one to take on. Pick one. If she needs a detail she asks, and her draft waits for you in the thread.
- 6
Ask about any meeting later
Meetings from your calendar land in her memory. Next week, just ask what you agreed with a client on Tuesday.
Try these in her DM
Copy one, fill in the brackets, and send it.
Patricia, record this meeting: [meeting link]
What did we agree with [client] on Tuesday?
