Will she publish a post or launch an ad on her own?
No. She does not post to social feeds; she hands the posts to you. An ad she stages starts paused in Meta Ads, and by default launching it waits for your yes in Slack.
Does she design new templates or just fill existing ones?
She fills the templates you have built in Placid. She is not a full design suite, so the layout and brand rules live in your template and she generates the variants inside it.
