The best Viktor alternatives for a small agency are Patricia if you want an AI coworker built only for agency client work at $45 a month per workspace, Junior if you want role-based AI employees in Slack or Teams, and Lindy if you want an AI employee with a strong personal-assistant side. To build your own agents, Relevance AI, Gumloop and Zapier Agents are the usual picks.

We make Patricia, so weigh that. Every competitor price and feature below comes from that vendor's own site, checked on 3 November 2026.

What Viktor does well, and why agencies look elsewhere

Viktor is a strong product, and its pitch is short: "Not a tool. A hire." It works in Slack and Microsoft Teams, plus a web app and Discord. It connects to 9,800+ tools through managed connectors, with 27 native integrations that include Google Ads and Meta.

It also speaks to agencies. Its agencies page promises "Weekly client reports, ready before Friday" from live Meta Ads and Google Ads data, a daily spend and ROAS check, and audits that cover budget pacing, search waste, tracking gaps and creative fatigue. It "asks before changing an account unless your team has approved a standing rule for it."

Pricing is per workspace. Free gives up to $100 in credits to start. Team is $100 a month for 40,000 credits shared across the workspace, with a $50 tier for 20,000. Unused credits roll over for one month.

So why do agencies shop around? Four reasons come up:

  • Built for every department. Viktor's home page speaks to founders, marketing, engineering, operations and finance. Agency client work is one use case among many.
  • Security paperwork. Viktor's FAQ says it "is SOC 2 Type 1 compliant, with SOC 2 Type 2 ... currently in progress." Some clients' security reviews ask for Type II.
  • LinkedIn Ads. It is not in Viktor's native list; LinkedIn appears among the managed connectors.
  • Credits. Unused plan credits roll over for one month only.

If none of that bothers you, Viktor is a fair pick.

How we picked

The reader is the owner or ops lead of a small marketing, SEO or ad agency. We asked four questions of each tool: where does it run, who builds the jobs, how does the price grow with headcount, and does it ask before it spends ad budget or sends something to a client?

If a vendor's pages did not say something, we wrote "not published". It may still exist.

The 9 Viktor alternatives

Best for small agencies

1. Patricia

Who it is for
Small marketing, SEO and ad agencies that run several clients from one Slack or Teams workspace.
Price
Founding plan, $45 a month per workspace, every seat included, never per seat. 20,000 credits every month; credits never expire and roll over. Extra credits cost $2.25 per 1,000, with up to 25% off in bulk. Pricing.
Strengths
She runs the recurring client work: weekly and monthly client reports, ad spend and anomaly alerts on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, call recaps, content briefs, ad variants, SEO drafts and follow-ups. She asks before she spends ad budget or sends anything to a client, by default. SOC 2 Type II audited.
Limits
Data is hosted in the US only. Far fewer integrations than Viktor's 9,800+. Start is a dedicated onboarding with our team; self-serve onboarding with step-by-step tutorial videos launches soon.
Pick it if
You want the client report and the spend alerts running in your client channels, every seat on one price. Patricia vs Viktor.
A Patricia approval card in Slack asking to join the Acme Pro client channels, with Approve and Reject buttons
An approval card in a demo Slack workspace. Spend and anything sent to a client wait for a yes like this, by default.
Best for a personal-assistant side

2. Lindy

Who it is for
Teams that want an AI employee in Slack that also works over iMessage and email.
Price
Free: $50 in credits for 7 days. Team from $29.99 a month per active user for 3,000 credits each, pooled across the team. Monthly credits reset each cycle; top-ups at $10 per 1,000 stay.
Strengths
1,500+ integrations. SOC 2 Type II. Its media buyer can pause ads and move budget in Meta and Google Ads within a daily cap you set.
Limits
Per-user billing: 10 active users on the entry tier is $299.90 a month. Microsoft Teams appears as an integration, not as a place it works.
Pick it if
The founder wants help on email and texts as much as the team wants a coworker. Patricia vs Lindy.
Best for role-based AI employees

3. Junior

Who it is for
Teams that want an AI employee per role, such as a media buyer or account manager.
Price
Free trial with a $100 credit and one Junior. Standard from $100 a month, a budget you pick up to $20,000, with up to 5 Juniors.
Strengths
Joins Slack or Teams and connects to 3,000+ tools. "Approval gates on customer-facing actions are on by default."
Limits
Its SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress. You shape each role to your agency.
Pick it if
You want the same Slack and Teams coverage as Viktor with a self-serve trial and role setup.
Best for sales and ops teams

4. Relevance AI

Who it is for
Companies building an "AI Workforce" of specialist agents, with a focus on go-to-market.
Price
The public pricing page shows Enterprise only, through sales. Its docs list Pro at $19 a month billed yearly ($29 monthly) and Team at $234 billed yearly ($349 monthly), and say the Free plan is retired.
Strengths
2,000+ integrations. Its docs describe a Microsoft Teams app where you @mention an agent.
Limits
You build the agents before the first job runs.
Pick it if
You have someone to own the agents, or a sales team that wants research and outbound agents.
Best for company knowledge

5. Dust

Who it is for
Teams of up to 100 people that build agents on top of company knowledge.
Price
Free seat with 500 credits for life. Pro 24 euros per seat a month billed yearly, with 8,000 credits per seat.
Strengths
Mention @Dust in a Slack channel and the agent replies in a thread. SOC 2 Type II, with US or EU data residency.
Limits
Per seat. No ad platform connector named on its pricing page.
Pick it if
You need EU hosting, or your main pain is finding answers across Notion, Drive and Slack.
Best if you already use Zapier

6. Zapier Agents

Who it is for
Teams already running Zaps who want agents across 9,000+ apps.
Price
Billed in activities. Free: 400 a month. Pro: 1,500 a month, from about $33.33 a month billed yearly.
Strengths
An app catalogue close to Viktor's in size, plus a Chrome extension.
Limits
You build and maintain each agent. The Agents page does not describe an approval step.
Pick it if
Someone on your team already owns Zapier and likes building.
Best for building agents on a canvas

7. Gumloop

Who it is for
Companies where "anyone at a company can build agents," with IT controlling access.
Price
Pro from $37 a month with 20,000 credits, unlimited seats and an 8% orchestration fee. 14-day free trial.
Strengths
Unlimited seats on Pro. Slack and Microsoft Teams are among its integrations, so agents can read and post there.
Limits
You build each agent. SOC 2: not published on the pages we checked.
Pick it if
You have an operator who wants to build agents and share them with the team.
Best for enterprise memory

8. Coworker.ai

Who it is for
Larger companies. It calls itself "a context layer for enterprise AI."
Price
One Enterprise plan, scoped on a demo by connectors, people and deployment.
Strengths
50+ connectors including Slack, and meeting notes from Zoom, Meet and Teams. SOC 2 Type II.
Limits
Sized and priced for larger companies, with no agency jobs shown.
Pick it if
You run a large team and company-wide search is the main job.
Best for solo founders

9. Sintra

Who it is for
Entrepreneurs; its site says "Trusted by 40,000+ entrepreneurs across 100+ countries."
Price
$48.50 on the 1-month plan, shown as a sale price, or $15.60 a month on the 12-month plan. 12 helpers, 250 monthly credits.
Strengths
Helpers for social media, SEO, copy and email support.
Limits
Slack and Teams are not mentioned on its home page. Built for one owner's tasks.
Pick it if
You are a freelancer who needs content help more than a team coworker.

Viktor vs the alternatives on cost

Viktor and Patricia both price the workspace, so headcount does not move the bill. Lindy and Dust bill per seat, and the builder tools bill per run. Entry list prices on 3 November 2026, before usage:

A credit at Viktor is a different unit from a credit at Patricia, so compare what a month of your real jobs costs. On Patricia, a client report runs about 300 credits (about $0.68), so 40 reports a month is about 12,000 credits, inside the 20,000 included.

Where Patricia is the wrong pick

  • You want one AI employee for every team. If engineering, finance and ops need it as much as the client team, Viktor is built for that breadth.
  • You need thousands of tools. Viktor connects to 9,800+ and Zapier Agents to 9,000+.
  • Your team lives in Discord. Viktor supports it; Patricia works in Slack and Teams.
  • You want an agent that moves ad budget on its own. Lindy's media buyer acts within a daily cap, and Viktor follows standing rules your team approves. Patricia asks before she spends ad budget, by default.
  • Client data must stay in the EU. Dust offers EU residency. Patricia's data is hosted in the US.
  • You want to start alone tonight. Viktor, Junior and Lindy have a self-serve start today. Patricia starts with a dedicated onboarding; self-serve launches soon.
